The location is delightful. You walk out the door directly on an amazing view of the valley below. I loved staying in the old town. So quaint! And the best gelato place in town is a few feet down the street. Breakfast here was very good and the hostess is so sweet and friendly. We were able to communicate through my broken Italian and lots of good will and hand gestures. A/c and shower worked great!

The bed and pillows feel old. The bed was actually comfy but the pillows were rough.

Fantastic and very well looked after by my hosts. Italian hospitality at its best. Loved it.

Location is fantastic within easy reach of everything. The hosts are great - loving and caring. Spent time chatting with the owner which helped with my Italian 😊 I ate way too many homemade (by the host) pastries - absolutely delicious. I felt very much welcome and at home. The accommodation is excellent. My room had access to a private beautiful garden. Overall, a very good experience. 🙌

Beautiful B&B, fantastic views, lovely breakfast and wonderful host.

The hostess, Tiziana, was lovely and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. The continental breakfast is a lovely spread with lots of Italian food. The view from my room was fantastic - right across the Umbrian plains and I could also see Santa Chiara. The air conditioning is good and very quiet, which makes it easy to sleep. The garden is lovely, but bring your insect repellant.

Everything was fantastic, bed could have been slightly more comfortable, but that was a very minor thing.

Excellent stay, except no one on site. Creepy after dark.

Hosts were excellent, location, cleanliness all good.

I was traveling alone and I did not know that I would be the only person in the building. Host did not sleep on site and no other room was occupied almost all the nights I was there. It was creepy having to enter a dark empty building after an evening activity. For this reason, I will not stay there again.

There were a lot of steps and it was difficult bringing up our luggage. Probably not a good place for elderly people who can’t clime stairs.

Ottima posizione. L'auto va lasciata al parcheggio a pagamento e dista circa 300 metri. però si può arrivare fin davanti al portone e poi va portata al parcheggio perchè zona ztl. Colazione accettabile. brioche fresche di forno. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e alla mano. Posizione top!

La struttura si trova in posizione perfetta per visitare Assisi. La signora Luciana é un host eccezionale, simpatica e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto l'angolo relax con divanetto e tutto il necessario per fare caffè o tisane sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. La colazione era super ricca. Peccato non aver potuto usufruire un po' del meraviglioso giardino...il tempo durante il nostro soggiorno é stato molto freddo.

La posizione centrale, a 2 passi da Santa Chiara, la vicinanza al parcheggio di Porta Nuova, perfetta per una sosta e visita ad Assisi. La gentilezza di Tiziana e la colazione, varia e abbondante. Unico neo, da tenere presente, ci sono delle rampe di scale x raggiungere il B&B, però fa parte della tipicità del luogo... Assisi merita.

Assis, sempre especial.

O B&B é gracioso, o quarto espaçoso, cama muito confortável, banheiro ótimo, com box de bom tamanho. O ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente e o café da manhã é bem variados. Senti falta de frutas. A Sra. Tiziana, um doce de pessoa, foi muito atenciosa, nos deu boas indicações e na saída, estava de pé antes das 6 horas porque iríamos sair às 06:15. Com o café preparado. Foi realmente muito bom estar no B&B. A localização também excelente, pertinho da Basilica de Santa Clara. O transporte público funciona muito bem e nós deixou a uns 150 metros da hospedagem.

A única coisa foram as escadas para chegar ao quarto. Na verdade, não atrapalhou , porém muitas malas e dificuldade de locomoção podem ser problema. De qualquer forma foi muito bom estar hospedadas no local.
