Room in heart of Assisi

The room is great. It offers a remarkable experience for anyone wanting to explore Assisi. The view of the belfry, the Basilica of Saint Clare, and the entire surrounding plain is something you can spend hours admiring. The self check-in was easy, and the staff communicated very well with me during my stay. The room is quite austere, but it has a good bed and plenty of space. Definitely a place I would return to.

Exceptional

The view from the room was simply awesome - it overlooked the valley with a majestic view of a bell tower. I was woken up to the sounds of hundreds of birds singing - simply amazing! Make sure to go up to the terrace where another jaw-dropping view awaits you and there is a small table with 4 chairs where you can have a coffee or a quick bite whilst enjoying the view. The door to the terrace is unmarked but is at the end of the corridor. I could have stayed all the time up there - but Assisi is a gem waiting to be explored. A highly recommendable place at a very good night rate!

A personal preference, but I would have preferred a firmer bed as it was too soft. Otherwise, considering that most of the time will be spent roaming around Assisi, there isn't much to dislike. It has all the basic needs in place.

Great house that rents out the rooms. All other areas are shared.

Roof top patio and over relaxing and simple design.

We didn’t have hot water in our shower but it it was mid July and only two nights so we survived.

Location- close to everything - from it you can only go downhill:) and you feel like you are staying on the roof of Assisi!

One of a kind place to stay! Situated in the very centre of Assisi, beautiful rooms with a thoughtful design and an absolutely stunning breathtaking view from the room (we’ve stayed in family suite) and the terrace! Very kind and helpful stuff (grazie Annalisa!!!) and the owner.

Perfect stay

Lovely place and located perfectly in Assisi to explore the city. When you study the map it is easy to find. The communication with the owner worked very well. From the terrace of the building you have an amazing panorama.

A simple, but comfortable spot with a perfect location and view.

The rooms are very simple and clean, which feels right in a place like Assisi. The view was lovely across the valley and the location was perfect, just steps off the main square.

I wish the windows had black out shades or heavier curtains as it got light very early. The bells are chiming all the time all over town, which is lovely, but don't allow for sleeping in much!

Disappointing

Cost- very affordable

No garbage in the bedroom; unclear how to utilize the coffe-maker to make coffee; no free tea; no compliementary bottled water; wi-fi passcode did not work and it took 2 hours to finally figure out how to connect to wi-fi; it also took almost 2 hours to find the place.

Bene ma non benissimo!

Senza dubbio la posizione della struttura è la cosa migliore. La camera,proprio perché mantiene un arredamento,diciamo così vintage,rende il tutto vuoto, "freddo"...mi aspettavo qualcos'altro!! Tuttavia,abbiamo dormito bene avvolti dal silenzio di questa meravigliosa città.

EXCELENTE UBICACION E INTEGRADO EN LA CIUDAD.

Me encanto la ubicación, justo en el centro. La habitación daba al campanario de la torre del Pueblo y es bello levantarse oyendo las campanas en un pueblo tan bonito. El sitio es peculiar. Con un mobiliario de reciclaje, cuanto menos curioso. Pero se duerme bien y muy a gusto.

El acceso en coche al apartamiento es complicado. Deberían informar de este hecho previamente, y las opciones para aparcar por la zona. Nos tuvimos que buscar la vida y era tarde cuando llegamos.

Camera non accessibile nel centro di Assisi

La camera è situata in una via del centro non accessibile con auto (nemmeno per carico/scarico), il che costringe a lunghe camminate con i bagagli. Priva di TV e delle principali dotazioni essenziali (come, ad esempio, un piano di appoggio per lavorare) è dotata di un affaccio su strada, per fortuna pedonale. Unica nota positiva, la splendida vista dalla terrazza che domina Assisi e a cui si accede da un'angusta scala. Ah, dimenticavo: Internet presente, ma non funzionante.
