I love Assisi and our stay at Portica Homes made it extra special.

Loved the location, the owners Verica & PierLiugi were very attentive and very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean.

I could have used a full length mirror outside bathroom so that I wouldn’t occupy the bathroom mirror.

Our host was a dream of hospitality. The care that was extended to us was memorable.

The kitchen was well equipped and modern, the bed was perfect. The host showed us where to park for free saving us extra costs. He also helped us also with our lugges. Further he provided us with numeros names of restaurants. Over all we definitly will book again with these wonderful people.

We loved our place as it is. We definitly will come back to stay with our friends!

Great location, clean rooms and comfortable beds

Great location right in the middle of town and on the main street, newly renovated rooms. The property was sparkly clean and the lady was very friendly and helpful. What wow us was the original 2000+ years old stonewall in the room. It was absolutely stunning! The bed was comfortable and we had one of the best night sleep out of our 2 weeks holiday in Italy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

….sweet perfection

The properties location, beauty of our gorgeous junior suite and ease of communication were exceptional but it was the property’s owners and facilitators that made our stay free of worry…they helped us immediately with our bus/train schedule and meeting spot for departure so that I didn’t spend my precious time in Assisi worrying… ♥️… they even brought down our bags , stored and sent us a photo so we could check out, wander about for our last few hours and transition to departure…I can’t say enough…thank you for a lovely first leg of our trip.

Beautiful apartment with amazing location in Assisi

The owner Pier Luigi was there to welcome us, gave us the tour of the place & recommendations for sites & local areas to visit. It was a very personal & warm welcome. He forwarded all recommendations via WhatsApp with the links & comments. The location is awesome, walking distance to all sites, the apartment is beautiful with great amenities, perfect for a comfortable stay. Bed was extremely comfortable! Would highly recommend this property, the owners went beyond expectations!!!!

A real bonus for anyone staying in Assisi.

The location puts you in the center of Assisi with all the excellent restaurants, stores,shops and tourist attractions within walking distance. This apartment is new and modern and elegant.

The BEST place I have stayed in all of Italy!

Look no further! Pierluigi and Verica are AMAZING hosts! They both went above and beyond! Their place is newly and beautifully renovated. They retained the beauty of the historical building with all the modern conveniences. The location is perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. Truly, this is the best place! Sparkling clean, the BEST location. Close to everything! The market is a few doors down as well as some lovely restaurants and shops. And really, the loveliest hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt so cared for. I have stayed all over Italy. This was by FAR the best place. Assisi is magical and Pierluigi and Verica are REALLY great people. I can’t wait to come back. This has my highest recommendation! A+++

I enjoyed the location, bedroom layout, cleanliness, but most importantly the staff support. I felt that the staff were quick to respond, supportive, and eager to recommend everything that was helpful about Assisi.

A very pleasant stay in Assisi

The room is spotless clean, beautiful and comfortable. The host of the property is very nice and helpful. She would always take initiative to offer assistance and recommendations to us that made our stay in Assisi very pleasurable.

The room has no view but that is compensated by other good qualities.

good spot for a night in Assisi

Very centered located in the heart of Assisi yet quiet! Modern rooms, finely renovated.

We suggest adding a sink in the kitchen as it was difficult to use anything without it. The mattress was a bit too hard and not super comfortable

Perfect place to enjoy Assisi

We had a wonderful stay at Portica homes. Verica and Pierluigi are amazing hosts, very responsive, warm, and welcoming. The apartment was nice decorated, spotlessly clean and has a nice view! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy Assisi. And don’t miss the gelateria nearby, Leccapaletta absolutely worth it! We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return.

Lovely apartment in great location

Apartment was spotlessly clean, large open area for seating and dining table, large bathroom, small touches like Tea, coffee, biscuits, carton of milk in fridge when we arrived. Verica was extremely pleasant and welcoming when we arrived, kept in touch all morning to ensure she was there when we arrived from the Station. Location is excellent for the old town Assisi.

We highly recommend Portica House.

The location was in the middle of Assisi, on a rather busy street. That had its pros and cons. We had to get our luggage from parking lot to the hotel. Our host volunteered to help bring it from the car to the hotel in his car. At the end of our stay, Pier drove us and the luggage to our car. It was very chivalrous. The rooms were immaculately clean as if they had never been used before. I was impressed. One whole wall was very old large limestone blocks. That sold me on the decor. The rest of the furnishings are very modern. Very pleasant place and host.

......the only thing that we needed were a couple of knives to cut fruit. It was very difficult to do it with a spoon.

Such a charming place to stay and perfect hosts

We loved this place. Right in the middle of Assisi. So very charming. Beautiful room, very clean. Verica and Pierluigi were the perfect hosts and so kind and welcoming. We asked if we could check in earlier and that was not a problem at all. We wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely would recommend to stay here. Geb and Nelleke

Exceptional stay, would stay here again in a heartbeat

Verica is the nicest person ever and a fantastic host. The hospitality is a 10/10! The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and modern. The location is fantastic, and it is right in the center of Assisi. We only stayed 2 nights, and that wasn't enough time for us to do and see what we wanted in Assisi, so I'm already planning a return next year - and hopefully I'll get to stay here again!

É tudo simplesmente perfeito! A localização é ótima, bem no centro de Assis, e a acomodação é perfeita nos mínimos detalhes. O quarto é limpíssimo, super confortável, cama e roupas de cama ótimas para dormir. Chuveiro delicioso! A varanda é um charme, gostosa para um vinho no fim do dia. Café e chá disponíveis. Os hosts são super amáveis e nos deram dicas sobre a cidade. Gostamos tanto que resolvemos ficar uma noite a mais!

Não foi um problema para nós, mas as escadas podem ser impeditivas para pessoas com baixa mobilidade física.

Em casa confortavelmente em Assis.

Espaço amplo, impecavelmente limpo, chaleira, frigobar, armario para roupas, banheiro amplo. Tudo moderno, varias tomadas usb dos dois tipos. Tudo muito detalhado para uma estada muito confortavel. A localização também é excelente! Os proprietários são muito gentis e presentes.
