Lia and Carmine’s little hotel is an absolute gem. A centrally located historic building equipped with modern amenities and a wonderful roof terrace. But what really stands out is the couple’s exceptional hospitality. Special requests are met before you’ve even had a chance to voice them. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, the food is homemade and lovingly presented. We spent a week enjoying Assisi and hope to return with our family.
The walls are a bit thin. If you have noisy neighbours, it can be a bit of a nuisance. If it’s still too noisy after 10 pm, just send Lia a WhatsApp message and she’ll make sure things quiet down

From the moment we booked until the moment of our departure Carmine was the ever present host. Clear and helpful directions, parking suggestions and a whatsapp number to contact for any questions. The property was well located, stylish, clean, well-located and well thought out. We arrived to beautifully packaged home made chocolates and continued to be delighted by all the extra touches. We have been to Assisi many times, but now we have a place we will always book on future return trips. Well done!
