Beautiful space, perfect location, and great host

Location was right in the heart of town. It was clean and pretty and everything worked (hot water, electric, wifi).

It would have been nice to have a comfortable place to sit, although there might not have been space in the room. The two smallish chairs were fine for sitting at a desk, but not comfortable for just sitting and visiting.

Habitación enorme, muy limpia, calentita y cómoda. El baño genial. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Ubicación muy bien al lado de la plaza principal, muy cerca de Santa Clara y de la Iglesia de San Francisco. Comunicación perfecta con la anfitriona para el acceso a la habitación.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro. Camere nuove e confortevoli, compreso il bagno, funzionale e anche bello in pietra. I proprietari ci hanno consigliati bar e ristoranti per consumare i pasti.

Posizione perfetta vicino alla piazza principale. Il proprietario è super cordiale e disponibile.

Il rifacimento giornaliero delle camere sarebbe stato gradito considerato il livello alto della struttura.

Ottima posizione, camera e bagno curati e molto puliti. Materasso molto comodo

Purtroppo abbiamo sofferto un po' il freddo e la scomodità del cuscino ma abbiamo cercato coperte e altri cuscini solo nell'armadio e solo l'indomani mattina ci siamo accorti che erano nel vano sotto il letto.. Forse dare questa informazione può essere utile all'arrivo in stanza, perché durante la notte se subentra una necessità non sempre si ha la lucidità di accorgersi che si tratta di un letto-contenitore, è più automatico cercare nell'armadio, ma pazienza.

Le camere si trovano in un'ottima posizione, all'interno del centro storico di Assisi. Sono state ristrutturate recentemente e sono in ottime condizioni. Sono dotate di tutto il necessario, compresa l'aria condizionata. L'arredamento è di ottimo gusto ed è stato molto piacevole soggiornarci. L'host è stato molto gentile nell'incoming e nel consigliarci ristoranti/bar tipici

Bellezza

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Camera meravigliosa dotata di tutti i comfort e super pulita. Struttura nuova ristrutturata in modo impeccabile in pieno centro storico a pochi passi dalla piazza del Comune, dal tempio di Minerva, dalla Basilica di Santa Chiara e dal parcheggio. Host gentile, premuroso e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno. Grazie

Muito confortável mas de dificil acesso se você tem bagagem

O quarto é super confortável, com excelente cama, lençóis e travesseiros de ótima qualidade. O banheiro é todo reformado e limpíssimo. É ideal pra quem vai sem bagagem pesada e consegue combinar a hora de chegada com o proprietário, que é muito prestativo e simpático porém faz todo o serviço da pousada e fica muito ausente por este motivo.

Não tem recepção e nem serviço de hotel, além de excelente limpeza diária. O check in deve ser combinado com o proprietário pois não tem funcionários que possam ajudar nessa tarefa. Para nós, foi complicada a chegada, pois tínhamos malas e a propriedade fica no meio de uma ladeira de pedras irregulares e o taxi não entra na rua. Tivemos que carregar as malas até o quarto. A propriedade não tem acessibilidade para cadeirantes, o que facilitaria também o transporte das malas.

Absolument charmant et très bien situé! Fraîchement rénové avec goût et selon les techniques du Moyen-Âge. Tranquille! Belle végétation près d’une fenêtre, l’autre donnant sur une jolie terrasse commune aux trois chambres. Tout près d’excellents restaurants.
