Friendly People, Great Location, and Great Place!

The Staff were really kind and understanding. They even let me eat breakfast after the specific time. They even let you leave your stuff safely with them after checking out, for free! Great for lone travellers!

The bathroom could be a bit bigger, and a bit cleaner.

Cittadella Laudato Si 3 stars

This is a beautiful former Monastery in the heart of Assisi. The facilities are fine, decent, clean, and wifi is available. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is included, but the coffee sadly is not great. As a solo traveller I was very happy with the large room I stayed in with an ensuite bath and shower. I will definitely stay here again as it is so close to San Francesco and the Basilica of Santa Chiara and The Church of the Spoglazione where Carlo Acutis tomb is. I also love the quiet solitude of the Monastery.

Good enough

The breakfast was great, the hotel it is at walking distance to the whole center of Assisi. There was a miscommunication with the staff, where they advised that my fee was paid, and days later I was advised that not, so I had to do a international transfer, which ended up costing me more. Free parking helps a lot, as there isn't many places to park in Assisi.

Good location Parking. Breakfast sparse but good taste. Good bang for the buck All we wanted was a place to sleep.

The facilities were spartan. Obviously, an old military comlex. Peace march ln town that day so we could barely get into town and couldn't get to the place until 6. This was not their fault

Assisi is beautiful. This is a great place to experience it from. Recommended.

It is a great place. The rooms, the staff , the meals, the modern art gallery… all great. Excellent value. A spiritual place to stay in Assisi. Wonderful value!

Only thing to fix would be to clean more carefully the mold in the shower.

You get what you pay for. It’s a very cheap stay in a beautiful town. It’s clean and functional, but somewhat shabby. So

It is very spartan. The beds are hard and the pillows are thin. There is no air conditioning and I was there in July. Soooo hot. Breakfast was the bare minimum in a really weird soviet union era building. It was bread and jam and bad coffee.

Posizione ottima. buona colazione italiana, personale gentile, ideale però più per gruppi di persone. possibilità di parcheggio.

ma tutto molto basico, ideale per pellegrinaggi ma se ci si ferma per + notti la mancanza di servizi comincia a pesare, faceva caldissimo e non c'era la possibilità di gestire il calore se non aprendo la finestra.. si potrebbe migliorare il comfort dei letti
