Overall highly recommended for the location and comfort of your stay in Assisi.

The host was very kind and friendly. We were able to check in early at around 1 PM instead of the regular 3 PM check-in time.

There were not enough towel hangers in the bathroom, and at the time, the shower gel container also appeared to be broken.

Sufficient and convenient

The property is pleasant enough and well lit.

The property is entirely self-service from the key box system for entering to the breakfast. The host messaged us a little before we were scheduled to arrive with arrival information and the code for the key box. The breakfast was very minimal, with a choice of cakes and some packaged crackers and cookies. There were a few yoghurts in the fridge. The coffee pod machine made very mediocre coffee. There was cereal but there were no bowls. For the price we paid, I would have expected a lovely breakfast with cheeses, fresh breads, real coffee, boiled eggs, etc.

Extremely poor communication. We received no instructions for entry - either in the days before our stay or when we arrived and were standing in the street outside the locked door, wondering if we would be sleeping in the stazione! Very basic breakfast for a ‘B & B’: juice and yogurt left in the fridge and a few cakes/buns.

We come from Indonesia and intentionally did not buy Italian number. We do not know if the key was kept in the key box outside the room, we did not know if we should contact the number. We expected that somebody would open the door for us just like BnBs in our country. It will be helpful for the visitors if you tell them how to get in to the room. In our case, there is somebody helping us to get in to the room, but without her help, we did not know what to do. The room is clean and comfy. Thank you.

Beautiful room - just what you’ll need!

What a treat to stay here after a hot summer’s day. Couldn’t be more centrally located. The self checkin took just a few seconds, and immediately as you enter the whole B&B smells incredible, the room was clean with a big window that you could open for fresh air or shutter to sleep in a full blackout. The shower was refreshing and comfortable, and breakfast was delightfully laid out at 8am in the morning. At checkout, they were so helpful helping us sort out the city tax. Thanks so much!!!

Extremely comfortable stay in an amazing town of Italy!

The location is super convenient, especially since we were on foot. The breakfast that was set up for us in the morning was so sweet and one of my favorite things about our trip to Italy.

The pillow was a bit uncomfortable. That is all I can think of. Not that big of deal.

Great Assisi getaway

We loved the building and layout. We had the top floor apartment which had a lovely king size bed and another bed for a third person on a mezzanine. The bathroom was exceptional. Beautifully clean, towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. Great size and modern. Breakfast was a shared area. Two breakfast tables for the two apartments which were set out, in the mornings, with jams, bread, cakes, biscuits, juice. A coffee machine for self service was available, not just for breakfast but 24/7. A fantastic host, pleasant, helpful and friendly.

The only downside was the towns major attractions, churches, bars and restaurants were mainly up hill. Not the best location for anyone who couldn't walk up inclines. However, we had viewed the property online and knew about this.

La posizione centrale,la possibilità di parcheggiare molte ore al giorno e i weekend proprio di fronte. C'è un bollitore e una macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, buste tè o tisane per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole. アッシジ駅からのバスが到着するバス停から近く、サンフランチェスコ大聖堂へも徒歩10分弱の便利な立地。レンガの内装が可愛らしい部屋で、暖房も暖かく快適に過ごせました。ダブルベッドは寝心地良く、山側の小窓からは糸杉と青空が見えました。共用コーヒーマシンでいつでもコーヒーが飲めました。チェックアウト後の荷物も預かって頂き、やりとりはWhatsAppで丁寧に対応してくれました。

チェックイン前の荷物預かりを、Booking.comのメッセージで事前に送ってあったのですが、その時間に宿の扉は閉まっていて誰もいなくて、仕方なく荷物を持ったまま街歩きをすることなってしまい大変でした。

Veramente eccezionale

Una piccola e bella struttura, situata al centro di Assisi e a circa 200 mt dalla Basilica di San Francesco..La struttura e' gestita da una giovanile e gentilissima donna, sempre attenta all'esigenza dei clienti. La struttura dispone di due bellissime camere, denominate, rispettivamente "fratello sole e sorella luna" , nonché di una piccola e linda cucina e di una saletta, dove è possibile gustare un caffè con qualche dolcetto..Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia e super linda..

Purtroppo, come in tutte le città ,con il centro storico, c'è il problema del parcheggio..bisogna scaricare il bagaglio e portare l'auto nei parcheggi limitrofi a pagamento..

Piccola struttura in casa d'epoca di recente ristrutturazione, con posizione strategia per i monumenti come per il parcheggio auto . Gestori molto disponibili, ambiente pulito e accogliente dotato di tutto quanto necessario, compresa un angolo cottura ben attrezzato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Soggiorno perfetto!

La valutazione massima non basterebbe per descrivere quanto è stato piacevole il nostro soggiorno! Annarita e il marito sono degli host gentilissimi e attenti a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. La struttura è nuova, pulitissima e arredata con gusto (il lampadario della camera Sorella Luna è meraviglioso, lo voglio anche io!). La camera è super attrezzata, dotata di riscaldamento, tv e letto comodissimo. Posizione vicina al centro e alla fermata dell’autobus. Grazie mille per la bella accoglienza e per la premura, torneremo sicuramente :)
