Good mid price accommodations.

The hotel location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice size. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has a great location, and it has its own parking lot, which is a plus in Assisi.

While it advertised having air condition, the units did not work well at all, and our units were hot. In July we had a difficult time sleeping in our rooms because we could not get them down to a good temperature.

Prepare in detail how you drive and you’ll be fine

I never do breakfast in my hotel because I am here to explore the city. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My main comment about Assisi is: IT IS HARDLY POSSIBLE TO FIND YOUR WAY WITHOUT THOROUGH PREPARATION and I trusted my BMW navigator and when that guided me to the deepest center I tried Google Maps without much avail. I walked to the hotel and everything is close but with a lot of ups and downs. I suffer from artrosis so…. The reception in the hotel explained and perhaps not every other driver agreed but I made it. The hotel has an own parking.

In the morning it is quite loud around the hotel. Assisi is really stuffed with tourists, religious visitors and this weekend also a music festival took place.

Our room view was beautiful. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

We loved the simplicity and comfort of our room. It was located at the bottom of the hill and easy to navigate. Breakfast was traditional Italian breakfast with pastries, yogurt, fresh juices and coffee. The elevator was helpful for our luggage.

Is a very simple place, it was ok. Location was great.

Room is a little old, there were some mold in the bathroom and the towels were very poor quality. Also at the breakfast there was a very rude lady.

The hotel was charming! The location was lovely -- out of the hustle of the main strip but easy to walk to everything. The breakfast had many options and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

A great location to have a two night pitstop in Assisi

Great location, within easy walking distance to main bus station to catch the bus to top of the town and then walk down, very close to Basilica San Francesco. Great hot water, Friendly staff, Great recommendation for restaurant L'Oro dei Contadini. Good car parking

Horrible night's sleep, difficult parking, rude staff

I have never written a negative review but I am doing so to protect others. I am familiar with Assisi as I come about every 5 years for the last 25 years. In the past I stayed at the convent pofferings but this year was not able to do so. I decided to go with this hotel becasue of its location---BIG MISTAKE! I had indicated that I was a grown woman traveling with my 79 year old Dad and we needed two beds and also indicated we preferred FIRM beds. I was told that stairs were not necessary becasue there is an elevator Well, the beds were AWFUL. They are in desperate need of replacement. Yes, there is an elevator but MANY Split floors so to get to the room Dad took elevator but then had to go up about 5 steps and down 5 steps and up 5 steps...It was not easy. Also, the parking was VERY difficult with very narrow corners, even though we had a very small car. Because of the beds, we ended up not staying there more than 1 night and the woman who worked there (I believe she was the owner) was very unpleasant. I didnt want to "out her" in front of others so I quietly explained how poor the beds were and she responded with rudeness. I have never left a hotel prematurely before (And I travel for 2-3 weeks, 3-4 times per year!) Summary: Do not stay here due to horrible beds, difficult parking, and rude staff.

Dedicated car park 1 minute walk away. Situated within the old city walls at the bottom of the town. Elevator was helpful. We were allowed to eat breakfast in the room to avoid other people.

Posizione eccezionale. Posto con parcheggio riservato o parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo. Facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto. Si affaccia direttamente sulla piazza che facilità la discesa e la salita delle valigie. Stanza comoda per la famiglia (2 bimbi piccoli). Colazione ricca e personale molto accogliente.

Assisi belvárosában, mindentől séta távolságra található. A távolsági busszal érkezőknek pár perc sétával elérhető. Kedves személyzet, bőséges és bő választékú reggeli, kényelmes és jól felszerelt, ízléses szobák. Őszintén ajánlom másoknak is.

当地最大の見どころのサン・フランチェスコ聖堂まで徒歩５分ほどのロケーション。朝食後の散歩で静かで風情のある聖堂を満喫することができました。ホテル所有の駐車場に無料で駐車することができました。ゲートなし、セキュリティカメラもないがそれで良ければ駐車可能とのことでした。その点が気になるなら、外の有料駐車場を紹介するとの説明もありました。予約時バスタブを希望したら、可とするメールがすぐに届きました。建物はアッシジの街にふさわしい外見でした。部屋もシンプルながら落ち着いた雰囲気の良さがありました。

L'hotel è ricavato da una struttura storica - medioevale - pienamente inserita nel sistema delle chiese, basiliche e dei luoghi di interesse di Assisi. In dieci minuti a piedi si arriva anche a S.M. Maggiore dove riposa il Beato C. Acutis. Inoltre è vicino alle autolinee, se si deve andare alla Porziuncola o alle Ferrovie. Prezzo adeguato, colazione articolata, personale cortese. Direi che è quello che ci vuole per passare alcuni giorni ad Assisi.
