Met our needs perfectly

The location of the hotel was right where guest wanted to be. The cathedrals are close by. The staff was welcoming and helpful and assisted with transport request. The room was a little dated but very clean and the breakfast spread was just enough to kick start your day. The area was quiet as traffic in the area is limited . Spectacular views of the surrounding area.

Location is top. Extremely short distance from S. Francis basilica. Everything within walking distance. Parking also conveniently close by. We were able to walk and visit all the sanctuaries.

The location of the town was stunning.

Sadly everything. The photos & questions responded to on booking.com did not match the accommodation. While we understand that old buildings are not perfect, we expect honesty when telling us about your accommodation. The photos & stairs, 20 to get to the accommodation then another 44 stairs to get to our room with luggage,did not match the online photos. On arrival we had to go to a shop next door to try & contact the Manager/owner as access instructions did not work.

The location was amazing for Assisi. Parking was easy once we maneuvered through the tight streets. The breakfast was very good and everything we were looking for. Access in and out was a breeze and communication with the staff was always promptly responded to.

A family friendly escape

Perfect location in the centre of Assisi, great service and very nice staff, great breakfast. From early morning one is awaken by the beautiful smell of freshly baked croissants and bread. Super clean and the staff are very helpful. WiFi access through the hotel - all over.

Cannot change much - be prepared that the rooms are very small but enough for sleeping and to keep your belongings.

Awesome place to stay! Stay here, you'll love it.

This hotel is the second closest to the Church of St Francis. As soon as you step down the stairs, look right and the church is there. The front desk manager Mimosa is very gracious and helpful. The digital lock at the front door helps alot, no physical key to lug around. The place is very quaint, cute, cozy. Would definitely try to stay here again when we come back. And we will be back again.

Everything! It was the perfect location and it was a very nice place. Host was good too! I will definitely go back! Perfect for small families, partners, and small group. We were able to book 3 rooms - a group of 7 people! Sunset is also near the place :)

Nothing really! But if you have big luggages, take note that most of the places in Assisi are stairs, so you have to carry. :) But this place was comfy, perfect location, and the host was really warm and welcoming.

A getaway without sorrows, splendid

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful location, wonderful establishment.... in short all you need for a perfect stay in Assisi Ideally for couples travelling alone.

Nothing that could have been better other then parking is about 800m away, but that is not the fault of the hotel. It is what it is if you go to Assisi. You can temporary park in front of hotel to load/unload.
