A place to relax, pray, and enjoy!

It was right in the middle of where everything is, a quiet comfortable stay and very comfortable room.

The hot water ran out pretty quickly, and the Wifi did not work at all. But the place was really nice and comfortable.

A calming, clean place

The location was perfect. The view and air conditioning were great. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Croissants were tasty. A quiet location.

Breakfast was a bit poor. No ham or cheese was available on Sunday. No fruit either.

Excellent property from which to experience a short visit to a marvellous and lively historical town

The location is ideal, with a short walk to the town centre and environs, at the same time very close to an underground car park where we could leave our car. The property has been very well refurbished in an old historic building, and the room/bath were very clean. The Italian breakfast was excellent.

Nothing to complain about. The view could have been better, but not an issue for a one night stay. Also, what does one expect from an old historic building in a medieval hill town?

Disappointed in the room but happy with the location and breakfast staff.

The breakfast room was bright and clean and the service was great. It also has a great location!

The room was very dark. The windows had shutter so you could not see out and you could not get any light in so you felt like you were in a dungeon Water was luke warm at best. Could not use the A/C or heat. We sent a text regarding the A/C and no one responded to us. Very disappointing! Unfortunately we can not recommend this place.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Camere Santa Chiara e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura centralissima, parcheggio molto comodo e stanza bella, curata e soprattutto pulitissima. Un grazie speciale al titolare: abbiamo chiesto di modificare la data di check-out e, nonostante la prenotazione fosse già confermata, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e comprensivo. Professionalità e passione che fanno davvero la differenza. Super consigliato! 🌟

Un borgho da rivisitare.

Come sappiamo Assisi e un borgo percio abbiamo molte salite, ma e andato benissimo ugualmente.

Soggiorno da incubo!

L'accoglienza, non ci hanno fatto fare il check in, nonostante non ci abbiano chiesto i documenti ci hanno ugualmente consegnato le chiavi della stanza. Nel momento della partenza, la prenotazione era stata cancellata dalla struttura senza alcun tipo di preavviso, con la causale che non ci fossimo presentati senza aver avvisato l'hotel, cosa assolutamente non vera. Anche perché nella giornata del 31 eravamo stati accolti proprio da loro, una persone all'interno della struttura che ci ha consegnato le chiavi delle stanze. In merito a questo episodio nel momento in cui abbiamo richiesto la ricevuta, ci è stato detto che loro avendo cancellato la prenotazione non potessero rilasciarla, di conseguenza ad oggi non sappiamo nulla sul quanto abbiamo pagato e non abbiamo un documento fiscale di avvenuto pagamento. Le camere erano sporche, con macchie di umidità e muffa, soprattutto in bagno!! La seconda stanza era freddissima, nonostante avessimo fatto presente queste situazioni, telefonicamente ci è stato comunicato che fosse impossibile che il riscaldamento non funzionasse. Siamo profondamente delusi e contrariati, sicuramente non ci torneremo. Non siamo assolutamente disposti nel pagare alcun eventuale addebito, poiché prima di arrivare abbiamo contattato telefonicamente la struttura, comunicando il nostro orario di arrivo entro le 16. Ci è stato confermato che non ci sarebbe stato alcun tipo di problema. Inoltre abbiamo le foto delle chiavi consegnate e delle camere trovate in condizioni non igieniche

È stato tutto perfetto, grandi spazi condivisi e camere pulite, comode

il Posto è molto bello situato a un passo dalla Chiesa di Santa Chiara, San Carlo Acutis e anche vicino alla Basilica di San Francesco. Abbiamo alloggiato in camere Tripla ed erano spaziose e confortevoli. La colazione è varia ed abbondante e il personale dell' hotel sono molto accogliente.
