Great gem right in the city

Great host, thanks for all the information about the city! Breakfast comes in a small basket and is cute. Much better experience than your usual hotel, feels more like a nice Airbnb. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would've loved to stay longer.

Best host in a great location

Stefano went above and beyond in every way. He helped us find a free parking spot and even met us there to assist with our luggage — the parking is just a few minutes from the room. Stefano is incredibly detail-oriented and provided excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Assisi; without his guidance, we would’ve missed many of the important sites. The place itself is beautiful, conveniently located, and he brings a great breakfast to the room each morning. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location and accommodation for a stay in wonderful Assisi.

Vico del poeta was everything as described and more. The location was perfect and quiet , very close to the beautiful town of Assisi and the accommodation perfect for a two night stay. Stefano was a great help , We came by car and parked nearby and he came to pick us up which was a great help indeed.

As we are English the only thing I can mention is perhaps a little bread in the morning for breakfast rather than sweet things. However this is a minor point.

Great Assisi rental

The apartment was exceptionally clean, the host welcoming and very helpful. Really enjoyed the daily morning breakfast basket left at our door to be eaten at our leisure. Clean towels every other day was a bonus. It is a studio apartment that has everything you need. The location is great with a marvelous view when you walk out the front door overlooking Assisi.

Hidden gem on a hill!

Excellent location just outside of the main tourist area, but easy walking distance to all the main sites. Host gave excellent recommendations for our stay and notable attention to every detail in the comfortable studio apartment. Breakfast at our door was a treat. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was fresh and delightful. The location is perfect; it is very quiet yet close to everything! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I arrived with my mother in the pouring rain and Stefano helped us get to the apartment and checked-in quickly. He suggested places to eat and attractions to visit. The apartment had everything we needed!

We didn't like the pouring rain and chill, but our hosts couldn't control mother nature :-)

Extremely nice place in the older part of Assisi managed by Stefano who is the friendliest and most supportive host I ever experienced.

Stefano was an amazing host and we were blown away by how spacious and pleasing the accommodation was. The location is superb - it is not too far from St. Francis of Assisi, but it is very quiet at night. We will come back here when we visit Assisi again!

It’s really nice to stay here.

The host Stephano is really nice and helpful, who gave us lots of information about the city. The facility is quite near the parking and the road is not bad to walk with luggage. Stephano gave us the Assisi card that we can get discount of the parking fee 10 euro instead of 12. The breakfast was nice, too.

Great location to explore the city

The accommodation is situated in the historic center of Assisi with short walking distances to all major sights. The studio is located in a historic building and has been furnished and modernized with great attention to detail. Stefano is a perfect host, very helpful and provides his guests with many tips (sightseeing, excursions, restaurants, parking on arrival). The studio is comfortably furnished and has a well-equipped small kitchenette which provided everthing we needed.
