Welcoming and homely

Location is good for Assisi. Which is all up hill and down dale. Clean and warm. It was cold and windy during my stay. Nice breakfast. Fine staff

I did find a wet pillowcase in my luggage. It was placed under some of my clothes. Nothing was taken. I didn’t mention it to staff. Suggestion, lock your suitcase when you go out.

Renovated hotel in a perfect location

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Assisi. It can be reached by car to deposit the luggage and then there is a parking nearby. The rooms have been renovated and are clean and quiet. Staff is attentive and friendly and prices are reasonable considering the location. I have been to Assisi before and this is the best place I have stayed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dei Priori, it is centrally located and a very nice stay.

The hotel is centrally located in the main square, which is very lovely. The hotel is so cute, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had a juicer to make fresh orange juice. The murals on the ceiling are beautiful and a great touch.

Lovely boutique hotel in middle of Assisi

Right in middle of Assisi - ideal for walking. Good restaurant and helpful staff.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the available car park was a bit of a drive to find.

I will still come back to this hotel as it is really conveniently located.

Location : It was perfect for us! It is in the center where walking to St Francis Assisi was just 10mins and to St Claire was maybe 5mins. It was easily accessible to many other places too. The local bus was easy to hop on and off too. Breakfast : Just the usual. Room : It's clean and spacious room.

Staff communication - I asked about transportation twice but received no replies. On the 1st night, it started raining heavily. The hot water was not working well and we told the staff. We did not hear back until the next day where we need to ask for updates instead of the staff giving it to us. The safe in our room was not working too. They came twice but could not fixed it. They could have offered an alternative.

A quiet place to stay near all Rey tourist hot spots

Quiet. Near the embassies so very safe. Within walking distance of a lot of the tourist spots. We are in our mid 60s and walked to the Forum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. A highlight for us was getting a fabulous breakfast every morning and especially memorable was the server making us cappuccino. Picture of breakfast buffet is attached.

Large room and the hotel has a perfect location.

Too tough renovated rooms. Large and comfortable but no charm. All in white like a hospital room. Probably to please the Germans who like this style.

Lovely, would stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Assisi. Top floor newly renovated room with lovely view over the rooftops. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Minor maintenance issues with electronics system malfunctioning, side lamp flickering and tv difficult to navigate.

This hotel is just off the piazza, very centrally located. My first room was spacious, with excellent lighting for reading in bed. My second was cramped with poor lighting for reading in bed. The staff was very professional.

Exceptional

Loved the location right in the main square of the town located near all the shops, restaurants, and churches. The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The AC worked very well, it was the first time I actually felt cold indoors in Italy. The bathroom was modern and very spacious. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Showed us to our room and explained how to work things.

We loved this property. Just note there’s a few steps to get to your room, & we were one of the first rooms, and we could not figure out how to work the overhead shower head just the hand held one.

Lovely property in the heat of Assisi with access to sights and restaurants - and great staff!

The staff is wonderful! I was able to check in early. The room was good sized and had windows and shutters I could open to watch the piazza! Good location. Lovely lobby.

The mattress was not great, it was two twins put on a double frame (not uncommon in Italy). The bathroom was too narrow (long enough but not wide enough).
