1. If you are driving a car - FYI - You are NOT allowed to pull out to the hotel front door for checking in. During our check in process we were getting directions on where to park the car, the hotel manager came out and yelled to move the car immediately. How dare you treat your hotel guests like that? The car was NOT parked in the front of the hotel! You saw we were talking to your colleague about the hotel parking. 2. The hotel is very outdated, the rooms are sad with furniture, curtains, bed coverings, etc. from the 60s 3. Hot water disappeared in the middle of shower in the morning 4. Then there were no water at all 5. Mold on shower curtains

Perfect location near the Chiese de San Francisco. Easy to find, even had a small parking lot. Staff were lovely and the place was very clean and nice. A local church event went on into the night (on a Sat) nearby; fun to watch but a bit noisy. As expected, church bells on Sunday morning, though lovely, might wake you up a bit early... all in all an A+ stay.

Excellent location, right inside the medieval gate of the city closest to the train station. Tucked inside a renovated medieval building, it’s as charming as can be. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the city gate outside. The rooms are a bit spare, but the bed was comfy. There could be lots of street noise outside in the evening, but the closed windows sealed it out very efficiently. I will definitely be back when next in Assisi.
