Laura was a fabulous host! She gave us information, and was so flexible and kind. She really made me feel at home. Our room was great, spacious, and very very clean, and the church bells nearby were a treat for me. This place is close to the main square and near everything important, like great pizza. Breakfast every morning was lovely, but really the best part about the place is the kindness of Laura.
It was a little difficult to find the first time but once we understood how to navigate Assisi it was fine. Laura was exceptionally patient in teaching up how to open the door with the key 😂

Location, location. Breakfast.
Climbing the steps from the front door to the main floor is quite challenging for us 60-year-olds while carrying our luggage. Would have been nice to have someone younger to help with the luggage. Bathroom is a bit small, not enough room to store toiletries.

Breakfast did not have much variety.
No fresh fruit.The egg in bread was delicious but not enough.Bread was not fresh.
