Very good
Excellent location to everything near the churches and at least one parking lot. Host was very gracious and his English is excellent.
Tub, no shower. Shared house with the owner so could be more privacy. Access to fridge would be nice.

Superb
The old house is incredibly fitting to the general atmosphere of Assisi and is, above and beyond, next to one of the two major bus stops. The place is tidy and a real pleasure for the eye. The owner will be a very cultivated man, I guess, at least the whole style of the apartment and the library with all kinds of classical books lets me assume that.
