Had a great time and rest there!

Excellent location being with a car, parking available. Staff promptly helped us in any inquiry we asked. Breakfast was not expensive (5eur) and had plenty of options. They also provide gluten-free and vegetarian options for dinner. Check-n and check-out were easy and fast.

Only down side, which was not that bad is that, in my room specifically, the bathroom ceiling had mold due to poor ventilation.

The bed was reflective of the name..like a rock! Even though it was a memory foam of sorts, it was extremely firm.

Comfortable and easy access to the town

Really comfortable place, the bar attached was hopping with locals at aperitivo and made you feel welcome. Easy to get to and walk to the sights

Pleasant three nights in La Rocca.

Hotel had limited private parking which was a big plus in booking. Top of town but a 10 minute walk to the centre of Assisi. Food was good value.

Our room had a back street view, but not a deal breaker.

Friendly and helpful staff. Even though the hotel didn't have my reservation in the system, they made a lot of effort to find an accommodation for me. I was given a room in a different hotel of the same owner and had a great stay! Meeting Enrico and his sister was a pleasure! The room was clean and comfortable and it had a lovely balcony with an amazing view.

We changed 4 hotels during our week in Tuscany/Umbria area and this hotel was the only disappointment we had. Nothing seems to work fine in this place. When we arrived on new year’s eve we were really disappointed to here that their parking was full howvever when we arrived it was still half empty but it was locked from their end. They told us to park in the nearby parking (about 7mins away by foot), the parking costs €19 but they gave us the Assisi Card and it came to €10 compared to the €7 we had to pay if we parked at the hotel. The guy that was at the reception had the attituded that he didn’t care less. At least we managed to find the last parking space at the other parking otherwise it was going to be a complete mess. Around the hotel you have various signs indicating the password of the WIFI but the WIFI works NOWHERE in the hotel not even in the lobby. The guy at the reception told us that since we had an iphone it was our problem not as his was working perfectly (ps. We also had an android phone which we use for GPS and didn’t work either). To top it up in our room their was no reception so we couldn’t even use our mobile data. It was like staying in a cave! To add to this we had a problem with the heater in our bathroom so the first day it was like sauna, then the next day they came and fixed it. The breakfast is nothing special but okeyish. On a positive note the location of this hotel is excellent to visit Assisi

Nice location, clean, authentic hotel. The hotel has its own car park.

The staff is not friendly. It was interesting that our room was for several houses from the main building where there was a reception and a restaurant. The pillow is terribly hard, stiff.
