Beautiful hotel and spa a short walk from centre of Assisi

Second time staying at Nun and still as good as we remember. Excellent location at top of the old town. Easy to walk into town. Spa area is exceptional. Breakfast v good also. Staff incredibly helpful.

Minor point but there is no iron / ironing board nor ability to get one. If you ask for one, they kindly offer to iron the item for you, and will have it done in a matter of minutes. What isn’t made explicit is that this service is chargeable.

The Spa Facilities are superb. The hotel staff are very helpful. The location is fantastic in a beautiful area. Its a very relaxing place which delivers.

Possibly the hotel could provide info re the car parking for arrival as if you go past the hotel you have to go in a big loop to get back there some of which is not on google maps

The best hotel in Assisi

The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!

Elegant hotel with excellent hospitality

Breakfast was buffet style for the standard bread, cheese cakes, yoghurt and fruit, there was also a small menu for eggs waffles/pancakes & porridge from the kitchen. It was all very well presented. The hotel is stunning, beautiful spa facilities and lovely gardens. The whole place is super. Bonus being that we travelled with our little whippet who was made very welcome - tho do bear in mind that if booking via a third party there are only 2 rooms which they allow dogs into. 1 suite and 1 standard room which have entry from the courtyard. We booked and paid for the suite but we’re unable to have it as the room had already been allocated. The cost was non refundable via booking.com! Thank fully the hotel accommodated us in the standard room and offered us free parking and no charge for the dog. They didn’t have to do this and personally I thought it was a very kind gesture.

The breakfast options were broad and fantastic. The customer service was impeccable, friendly and attentive. The spa was beautiful and we had an incredible and relaxing break - we also had the very best massages that either of us had had before.

The best in Assizi!

It was the best hotel on our trip to Italy! Just excellent! All staff was so helpful, friendly and professional! Also, the hotel restaurant was a great experience! The spa shouldn't be missed!

The TV control did not work properly... But that's such a tiny thing that I would not count it as an issue. We definitely could have stayed for longer.
