Location is good at the top of Assisi right at the bus station. Sits right on top of Roman amphitheater and even our room had ruins within. Go to Nun Assisi Spa next door. Day pass is $75 and well worth it.

Nice patio to enjoy garden, but no patio furniture. Had dust and cobwebs in the corners. AC almost non existent. Kitchen chairs from ikea wobbly. Only supplied 4 nespresso pods for coffee for 4 days and 2 people. You have to buy more at the store if you want but couldn’t find a store that stocked that size.

Beautiful modern immaculate room tastefully blended into the ancient character of Assisi

A beautiful characterful room which was immaculate. Well laid out. Great location for us. Close to route C bus.

We found there was no blackout so it was too light to sleep well for us. Exacerbated by a very noisy party at the back. Didn’t really like sachet soaps!

Nice design, very clean, calm and spacious flat with a view to garden.

Everything was very clean, good quality baths with all the necessarry items. A calm place and even a terrace which we unfortunately did not use due to our short stay. Very good bed, eventhou a bit short for people over 1,9m.

I would prefer to have some basic kitchen items as salt, sugar, coffee because if one stays just shortly there, it is crazy to buy these things just for 1 meal or so.

Lovely spacious mezzanine-style property in brilliant location with amazing outside space.

Welcoming bottle of wine & some water in fridge. Good range of snacks for breakfast. Lovely garden in Roman Amphitheater!

Hot water not checked before our arrival. But not a big problem as owner very quickly reacted to help us find electricity switch which had “tripped out”.

Posto Carino, ma con qualche pecca migliorabile.

Ottima colazione, ottima posizione fuori da ztl con possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento nel cortile. Mobilia e bagni rifatti e nuovi. Illuminazione led degli ambienti. Stanze molto tranquille e titolare dell attività molto disponibile.

I bagni vengo puliti regolarmente ed anche in maniera molto precisa, il problema è la polvere che si crea nella stanza , purtroppo mia moglie era allergica ed ha avuto un po di problemi. Il pavimento non viene spazzato pertanto si trova polvere e sporcizia un po in giro.

Colazione ricca e di ottima qualità. Un grande plus è la posizione: praticamente ai margini del centro, consente di dimenticarsi dell’auto una volta arrivati ad Assisi. Personale cortese e disponibile. Camera bella, pulita e curata. Molto piacevole anche il prato antistante la stanza, soprattutto per chi viaggia con il proprio cane.

Tal cual las fotos, todo nuevo, lindo, muy cuidado. A un par de cuadras de la Catedral y demás, se hace todo caminando.

Una habitación no tenía cerradura, aunque sí contaba con caja de seguridad. Y Asis es muy seguro.

Està molt ben situat, l’espai exterior i l’accés tenen molt encant. L’habitació era amplia, actual i decorada amb molt de gust. El llut molt còmode.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Assisi.

Stanza molto umida, seppur scenica dal punto di vista architettonico ( pietra e travi in legno). I dosatori shampoo e sapone liquido erano vuoti. Giardino molto trascurato
