The location and space were great. We liked the upstairs viewing room and rooftop deck.

Nice Apartment! Nice Location! Awesome view!
We stayed for one week and felt very comfortable in this place. There is plenty of space, two bedrooms, a big kitchen looking at San Rufino and the room upstairs with the terrace is very special because you have an awesome view on the city and the mountains! The location is super good too, directly in Assisi and very fast to go out in nature at the same time. The Interior is a bit old fashion but everything was very clean. Host Roberto was flexible and asked many times if everything is alright. Thumbs up!

Owner very sweet. Mattress needs changing. No toiletries. Needs a revamp. No TV. Heating at night very poor nearly inexistent.

Eintreten und verzaubern lassen von einem mittelalterlichen Haus
Roberto ein zuvorkommender Mann, empfängt seine Gäste, zeigt die Wohnung und erklärt den Gasherd und die Mülltrennung. Es gab ein Unwetter mit Stromausfall in der ganzen Stadt. Roberto war besorgt und besuchte uns mit einer Lichtquelle. Die Wohnung ist sehr speziell. In der Wohnung gibt es einige Ebenen zu bewältigen. Keine Wohnung für Gehbehinderung. Der Ausblick vom verglasten Zimmer unter dem Dach ist toll. Die Terrasse ein Traum. Leider konnte ich wegen des schlechten Wetter und oftmaligen Sturm die Terrasse nicht nutzten. Daran ist der Wettergott Schuld und nicht Robertos Wohnung. Eine Parkplatzmöglichkeit ist vor dem Stadttor. Die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Roberto ist oft anwesend in seinem Büro im Erdgeschoß.

Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz.Lokalizacja w miejscu cichym i spokojnym.Z miejsca zamieszkania jest blisko do centrum Asyżu.Mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba,by przygotować posiłki,zrobić pranie. Przepiękne widoki z tarasu.Spędziliśmy tam cudowne chwile.Polecam szczerze!!!
Gorąco.Taki klimat.Kolejnym razem zabrałabym że sobą wentylator😁
