Wonderful location, in the countryside but still very close to Assisi. Lots of choices for breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice garden and swimming pool to relax

GREAT BREAKFAST - FRESH FRUIT, YOGHURTS, NUTS AND SEEDS, SELECTION OF TARTS AND EGGS AND COFFEE COOKED TO ORDER. THE HOUSEKEEPERS WERE LOVELY, ALWAYS SMILING AND HELPFUL. POOL WITH COMFY SHADED SUNBEDS. THE VIEW LOOKS UP TO THE TOWN OF ASSISSI A LOVELY PLACE TO SIT AND LOOK AT THE TOWN AFTER SPENDING THE MORNING VISITING IT. TAXIS ARRIVED QUICKLY TO TAKE US INTO ASSISSI AND COST ABOUT 20EUROS. WE STAYED FOR A WEEK.
SMALL FRIDGE IN OUR ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WHICH STRUGGLED TO COOL THINGS DOWN AND DID NOT HAVE A FREEZER COMPARTMENT.

Wonderful staff, huge room - choose room numbers 14/15/16
Reception not 'manned' during the day. Only breakfast available so no food or drink available rest of the day.

Very nice room and really comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. Staff polite.
The biggest drawback is that the water in the shower was not warm in the evening and lukewarm in the morning. It's really not worth staying in winter or autumn! Location somewhere in the middle of a cultivated field.
