Nice hotel

The breakfast was good and the owner very nice, the stuff also. The TV was not working and they sent immediately someone to fix it. The building is very old but nice. It is not an ordinary hotel room, it was an experience. We parked a little bit further and we paid 15€ per day, as all the parking places on the street are only for the residents.

No balcony or terrace, quiet dangerous for the kids, as the hotel room is exactly where the street is.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Assisi. Very clean, and spacious.. fit in seven ladies comfortably! Olla and Roberto looked after us so well, they couldn’t have been more hospitable. Highly recommend

The excellent breakfast ! Best ever in Italy. The apartments is very comfortable and easily accommodates a family or two couples . It is well placed to enjoy all the sights of Assisi .

Beautiful view from the rooftop balconies, good comfort for 5 people. Full equipment of towels, toilet products, slippers. Wide (open air) parking available at payment at 200 m from the apartment.

The top room is very small and could be uncomfortable for two persons (very low ceiling); acceptable for one person. The apartment is actually located about 700 m East w.r.t. the location indicated in the map. A considerable (healthy?) walk is required to reach the breakfast site. Some of the posted photos do not refer to the current apartment.

Molto bello e in un’ottima posizione

La struttura è in centro storico, in una posizione strategica da cui sono facilmente raggiungibili tutte le attrazioni di maggiore interesse. Il nostro appartamento era composto da un angolo cottura, un soggiorno con divano letto, una camera da letto separata e un bagno. Lo abbiamo trovato funzionale, accogliente e pulito. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale. Ottima anche la colazione.

Unica cosa, per chi dorme nel divano nel soggiorno, sarebbe utile avere oscuranti alle finestre. La luce notturna che si accende esterna ogni volta che passa qualcuno toglie privacy e sveglia chi dorme

Ottima la posizione, in centro ma molto silenzioso Colazione buona. Carino il servizio piscina a circa 20 min da assisi.

Parcheggio molto scomodo a prezzo elevato.. A prezzi inferiori si può lasciare nei parcheggio pubblici più vicini. Appartamento fresco si... Ma si tratta di un seminterrato senza finestre e molto umido. Bisogna sempre restare con le luci accese.

Una coccola nel cemtro di Assisi

L'ambiente accogliente con la pietra a vista, la camera matrimoniale molto grande e il letto comodissimo; la posizione è perfetta per visitare Assisi. Superlativa la colazione con prodotti fatto in casa di ottima qualità!

Poco insonorizzate finestre delle stanze, si sentiva molto il rumore esterno ma fortunatamente nelle ore notturne la strada è poco trafficata.

Posizione ottima, monolocale deluxe suggestivo ma umido

Abbiamo alloggiato nel "monolocale deluxe", in pieno centro ad Assisi, a qualche centinaio di metri dalla Basilica di San Francesco. L’alloggio, dotato di ingresso indipendente, è molto suggestivo ed è situato in un edificio storico con mura in pietra, soffitto caratteristico in mattoni a volta e un affascinante cunicolo sotterraneo, scavato nella roccia e usato in passato per la preghiera. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si trova il parcheggio coperto in piazza Giovanni Paolo II (molto comodo e consigliato).

Gli ambienti purtroppo sono piuttosto umidi (di conseguenza anche lenzuola e cuscini); abbiamo dovuto accendere il condizionatore per poter riuscire a dormire nella stanza. L'appartamento, per quattro persone, dispone di un matrimoniale e di un divano letto (che sarebbe stato comodo trovare già pronto al nostro arrivo). Segnale telefonico assente e Wi-Fi molto debole. Abbiamo dormito bene, in un clima di assoluto silenzio; peccato per l’ultima notte disturbata da pappatacci aggressivi. Bagno molto piccolo ed essenziale. Colazione buona e varia, anche se servita in una sala che funge contemporaneamente da hall e ufficio. A differenza di quanto riportato in altre recensioni, non ci è stata menzionata la presenza di una piscina (peccato!). Nel complesso, struttura affascinante ma forse con qualche aspetto da migliorare.

Posizione eccellente, host empatica, premurosa, accogliente e disponibile, cosi come tutto lo staff, veramente gentile e professionale. Ottimo anche il Ristorante consigliato. Tutto questo ha contribuito a rendere estremamente piacevole il nostro soggiorno ad Assisi
