I truly adored this property it was a perfect place to stay and explore the magical town of Assisi!

The property was above and beyond ! I loved this apartment. If you want to be central but in a quiet neighborhood looking on to surrounding rooftops and listening to the sound of bells and birds singing this is the place. The bed is comfy and there is tons of well thought out spaces for storage also a lovely fireplace to enjoy your wine after exploring the lovely windy lanes and sites during the day. Laura welcomed me and showed me the property and was so accommodating. The place is bright with three huge windows and amazing views! Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment. You have everything you need for an amazing stay in Assisi!

The apartment was amazing, with beautiful views and a fire place, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Assisi. We were able to wash our clothes , buy local food, and cook an easy meal in front of the fireplace. The bed was very comfy with good quality sheets. The bathroom was great with a lovely shower and high-quality towels. Also had a hairdryer. There were books and playing cards . We wished we could have stayed longer. The area is so beautiful with amazing walks and history, especially the Rocca Maggiore. This was amazing. And a must do while in Assisi. Built in 1173... AMAZING Papal Basilica and Sacred Convent of Saint Francis in Assisi Church was also an amazing place to visit. And was where Saint Francis was born and died. Laura, the host, was so kind to meet us at the apartment and give us some suggestions of places to see . Can't wait to come back one day. Thank you Assisi you were amazing 🇦🇺 Vicky & Ben

We arrived late to the apartment but the host left the door unlocked with the key on the table for us. The bed was so comfortable after a long day of traveling.

This beautiful loft apartment is located in an historic building located up a quaint lane way from the main piazza in Assisi. The apartment has been beautifully updated while maintains the historic features of the building. Our wonderful host, Laura allowed us to leave our luggage in the unit prior to our checkin time. She gave us some great suggestions for exploring Assisi and restaurant recommendations.

I cannot recommend this place enough! If you find a room, dont miss it. I stayed in the studio apartment which was very authentic and nicely decorated and very spacious. Every detail was considered and there were high quality materials. But beyond that, Laura the owner of the place makes you feel really at home with providing anything you need, going above and beyond expectations. Although my stay didn't have breakfast she offered to add me breakfast for a very reasonable price, a breakfast with hand made delicious selection of food and drinks, she was always helpful and friendly. Location of the apartment is great, 3 min walking to the main square.. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be back. Thank you!

We love Assisi and enjoyed a very happy and peaceful week

The apartment exceeded expectations, very large with high ceilings making it cool and comfortable. The facilities and location were really good. Laura, our host, was on hand should we need it, but otherwise left us to enjoy ourselves. Buses and trains easy and straightforward to manage and everyone so helpful and friendly. We felt welcome everywhere.

Mosquitos are always an issue alas and I'm always looking for solutions!

The apartment is really nice, very good location (like 1 minute from the central square in Assisi), it's really nice decorated, good kitchen, and very big rooms. The host is really friendly and gives good indications.

The bed in the living room is really uncomfortable (you can feel the iron things coming through the mattress) and the air conditioner is really loud (woke up at 4am cause of the sound).

Medieval luxury

Laura actually picked us up at the parking lot to transport baggage's to the apartment. The apartment is down a very quite ally with no access to cars, but only a few steps from the Piazza. One of our best stays in Italy.

AC may be needed in Summer time.

Un tuffo nel passato

Camera bellissima, ricavata all'interno di un antico palazzo in pietra, dotata di tutti i confort e situata proprio al centro della cittadina ma in un vicolo silenziosissimo. L'host Paola ci ha aspettato e ci ha giudato passo passo per raggiungere l'appartamento tra i vicoli di Assisi, anche se a causa del traffico siamo arrivati con notevole ritardo. Graditissima la moka e il necessario per prepararci il caffè al risveglio..... non potevo sperare di meglio!!

위치 : 최고이다. 광장에서 골목으로 들어가면 바로 숙소이다. 숙소 골목은 사람들의 조용한 사람들의 통행이 자주 있고, 멋스러운 곳이다. 광장 및 근처에 맛집이 많다. 아침에는 광장에 있는 바에서 커피 한 잔과 간단한 빵을 곁들이면서 한적하게 하루를 시작할 수 있다. 웬만한 곳은 도보로 15분 이내여서 구경 중 쉬고 싶으면 잠깐 쉬어도 된다. 공간 : 사진으로 소개된 것보다 훨씬 넓다. 커다란 거실이 반지하 형태로 있으며, 계단을 올라가면 침실이다. 거실은 높아서 침실과 이어져 높은 천장과 공간감을 제공한다. 거실 공간 바닥은 고풍스럽게 돌로 되어 있고, 침실은 나무 바닥으로 되어 있다. 침실 창밖으로는 조용하고 자그마한 옆집 정원이 보인다. 시설 : 공기청정기, 공기순환기, 식기세척기(주인이 사용은 권하지 않음), 냉장고, 커다란 아일랜드 식탁, 커피포트, 커피 제조기, 옷장, 인덕션레인지, 주방도구(젚시, 수저, 포크, 나이프 등), 간단한 양념들, 긴 소파, 1인용 소파, 탁자, 옷장, 옷걸이 등이 구비되어 있어서, 충분히 요리를 하면서 오래 있을 수 있는 구조. 조명도 아주 멋있게 되어 있음. 드럼세탁기(나는 준비해 갔지만, 세제도 있다) 등. 와이파이는 잘 되었으나, 특정 시간대에 속도가 매우 떨어지기는 하였으나 로마 보다는 괜찮은 편이었다. 서비스 : 주인이 영어를 못하셔서 번역기와 SNS로 대화를 해야 하는데, 주인이 근처에 사셔서 그런지 반응이 빠르고 즉각적으로 대응해주셨다. 동네 할머니와 같은 친절함이 있다.

유럽은 특별한 경우를 제외하고는 옆방 소리가 들린다. 여기도 예외는 아니고 아주 생생하게 들린다. 하지만 이것은 이 숙소만의 단점이라고 보기는 어렵고, 이탈리아 여행을 하면 피할 수 없는 것 같다. 숙소는 큰데 샤워 부스 공간이 너무 작다. 다른 단점을 찾기가 어려운 곳이다.

Stanza caratteristica e molto particolare. Accoglienza della sig.ra Laura Una volta accolti, la "stanza è casa tua"! Si raggiunge a piedi e si incontrano diversi gradini, ma se non ci sono particolari difficoltà ed esigenze, la posizione è strategica e nel cuore della città

Forse metterei a disposizione la colazione?! Per poche notti sarebbe più comodo.

L'appartamento era meraviglioso. Certo siamo stati fortunati, perché per un problema tecnico non era disponibile quello piccolo e Laura, gentilissima, ci ha dato il loft allo stesso prezzo. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva, anche di più. Posizione eccezionale, a 30 secondi da Piazza del Comune. Appartamento tranquillo, abbiamo riposato benissimo
