Chiara (and her parents) are a delight. Chiara is communicative, helpful, informative and attentive - and has put together a lovely home that we enjoyed for a week. The house is very centrally located in Assisi, about a 2-minute walk from the main piazza. There is a big living room open to the garden. They brought us a table to sit and enjoy the garden, where we spent many hours. The lower level is a lovely suite with kitchen and bath (can be rented separately). Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms, well appointed with lots of space to unpack, a terrace and another big new bathroom. The kitchen is small but has a stove and oven and we actually cooked a couple of meals! I was so impressed with how all the little details have been considered in this house. Not only do you stay in a great house but you adopt a wonderful caring family to go with it!

Chiara was very helpful. We were able to arrive early to park the car and drop off our belongings. She was very responsive on WhatsApp and answered all our questions very quickly, whether about the accommodation or tourist information.
The accommodation was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of space. Everything you need is provided.

We came at night. Chiara was waiting for us in the house.
This was the coldest night in Italy that year. We needed extra heat from the air-condition and were not abele to turn it on in the rooms. Chiara came again to help.
The house is very large and comfortable for a family or a group of friends.
We really loved the place.
