Exceed expectations in the heart of the city.

Perfect location in the heart of Assisi. You can walk out your door to the shops and the main square. All churches are within a 10-minute walk in either direction. The space was beautiful inside and extremely clean.

Parking is difficult in the area due to the tourism. If you cannot get into the main garage that is closer, the cemetery parking that is free is a 27-minute walk with no sidewalks at the beginning of the walk. You have to be super cautious with kids.

Three wonderful nights in beautiful Assisi

What a big, beautiful apartment! Centrally located, walkable to everything. We stayed three nights and enjoyed all the sites in town plus explored the region, seeing Spello and Gubbio. We appreciated having a washing machine and enjoyed learning to use the stove top espresso maker. We loved the comfortable bed and pillows.

We liked everything about the property. But we made a bad choice in parking lot. When we arrived, we parked at the Porta nova parking lot and it was a steep, uphill walk to the apartment on a hot, sunny day. The Mojano parking lot would’ve been a better choice.

Close to center, convinient, super clean and spacious

Very clean, very spacious, location is perfect, almost at the center of Assisi, there is a convenient store across. We need a lot of drinking water, not have to carry far to take to the apartment. There is a restaurant next to the apartment. I was able to drop my luggage after lunch before the check~in time while the cleaners are still there. Very reasonable price. I will stay again.

Fabulous apartment, amazing location and wonderful host

What’s there not to love about this place? It’s in the perfect location, so spacious, immaculately clean and Stefano was such a perfect host! We visited Assisi for my daughter’s upcoming wedding and spent 2 nights in this lovely apartment. It feels like home from home and I would recommend it to anyone! Stefano takes such care and pride and was so helpful. It is the perfect place to base yourself to explore Assisi. I’m sure I’ll come back again and when I do I really hope I’m able to stay here again. I cannot find a single fault. The stay has been perfect and it’s rare that you can say that. From the arrival to departure it’s just all been fantastic. Thank you so much Stefano for allowing us to experience your wonderful apartment! Don’t hesitate, if this is available then book it, you won’t regret the decision!

Amplio, cómodo, ubicación perfecta

Es amplio, con zonas de estar amplias, muy cómodo y limpio. Ubicación perfecta. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y lo solucionaron en media hora. Nos proporcionaron un sitio para dejar las maletas el día que nos íbamos. Cuidado con las indicaciones de Google maps al parking. No están bien y te hacen dar una vuelta enorme

Por ponerle una pega, tiene escalones para ir al baño y en la entrada, aunque no suponen un problema

Un magnifique appartement très moderne sous voutes du 12ème siècle

L’emplacement est exceptionnel ! Au cœur de la ville, place de la Minerve. Il n’y a que 12 marches pour accéder à l’appartement ce qui le rend très accessible. Très calme. Vaste et bien agencé. Cuisine équipée. Très belle étape de notre grand tour d’Italie Centrale. Stefano a su résoudre notre problème : avions beaucoup de bagages et ma maman est agée. Nous avons garé notre voiture près de la gare pendant 3 jours, un taxi nous avons vehiculé jusqu’à l’appartement ce qui a résolu le problème de l’accès à l’appartement en zone historique et le peu d’espace pour stationner. De plus, les parkings de la ville existent mais avec beaucoup de bagages et les pentes, nous avons opté pour une formule plus adaptée.

Das Apartment liegt mitten im Zentrum von assisi. Es ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Den Gastgeber habe ich nicht kennengelernt, aber die Kommunikation über Mail lief glatt und sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Verhältnis Preis Leistung.

Auto ist ein großes Problem. Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig. Parken dort unmöglich. Es gibt wohl die Möglichkeit, außerhalb zu parken und mit einem shuttle ins Zentrum zu fahren. Ich habe Gott sei Dank einen befreundeten Bauern am Rand von assisi, bei dem ich das Auto lassen konnte. Zu Fuß ist ja alles gut erreichbar.

Está muy cerca de la iglesia de la casa paterna de San Francisco y de Santa María Sopra Minerva. Nos tocó un día muy lluvioso y nos quedamos bastante tiempo en el apartamento... Pero está muy bien equipado para disfrutarlo. Un detalle que no vi en la descripción: hay lavarropa, además de lavavajillas. Stefano estuvo muy atento todo el tiempo. Mil gracias Stefano. No solo volvería, sino que lo recomiendo ampliamente
