Perfect sanctuary in Assisi

If we could give 11/10 then this apartment would be rated this way. This was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in Simone was extremely helpful and communicative prior to our arrival. He provided directions to meet him near to the apartment, where we parked and dropped off our bags. He then advised us the closest car park (Majano) which we paid €12 per day. And the escalator from the car park is very close to the apartment. It is located in a quiet street just down from the main piazza. Very central location for sights of Assisi , restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Assisi is quite hilly so be prepared to get your steps up and walk to the different levels within the town. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The pictures are very accurate. The space was large and abundant, beautifully decorated and comfortable. So many additional features - great coffee machine, tea kettle, some water and cold drinks in the fridge. Not only a hair dryer but also hair straightener provided as well as bathroom amenities. We would highly recommend this tranquil and stylish accommodation- Grazie Simone. We would love to come back one day.

Assisi is a special place for us. During covid, we we quarantine in Assisi. Furthermore Carlo Acutis

Breakfast was not important. Simone waited for us with the keys. As we were driving up, he was waiving at us, he gave us the key to apartment and all the information needed. Simone got in the car with us ,and he drove with us to help us park the car. 10 is not enough for the service he provided. Simone and his daughter get a 20. We accidentally got locked out, and his daughter a day after her birthday came up to the property with a key apologizing for our mistake. Grazie Simone

Looking for location, privacy, and hospitality in Assisi?--Look no more and RSVP now!

If you are looking for a flat in Assisi, this is your best option based upon location and the hospitality of the host, Simone Rossi--he was the best from confirmation of our reservation to meeting upon departure at the end: First class!

We would stay again--so, what is there to dislike? The property has a gorgeous and private courtyard that is fenced and safe. Only two blocks form the central Piazza, it is hard to describe how lucky we were to find the apartment.

It was roomy; it was comfortable; there was an excellent coffee maker and lots of coffee. The gentlemen, Simone Rossi, who met me when I arrived was delightful and very helpful in seeing that I knew how to work everything.

I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Assisi. A home away from home!

Great location. Simone contacted us in advance of arrival and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the train station even when our train was delayed. He met us on site. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials we would need for our stay and he showed us where nearby shops were. The apartment is tastefully decorated, everything worked well, good WiFi.

I really can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Perfect Apartment and Host

That was an amazing trip! The location is absolutely fantastic, in the center of Old Town of Assisi. The vibes are extremely unique. The apartment is probably one of the best ones. Everything was really clean and stylish, extremely well-equipped and very comfortable, especially the beds. The patio is also very adorable and you can relax very well because the apartment is in the center, very close to most of the main attractions but it has also lots of privacy. What's most important the host is absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and lovely. He's willing to help anytime and he even book us a taxi from the airport before our flight. We highly recommend this place and host. It was perfect!!

Ottimo appartamento in centro

Posizione perfetta, appartamento spazioso, accoglienza dell'host che ci ha dato anche consigli su cosa visitare e i bar/ristoranti. Macchina Nespresso con cialde, piccolo cortile privato, ottimo wifi, 4 ombrelli disponibili che sono risultati fondamentali (ha piovuto molto). Parcheggio Saba Mojano a pochi passi a € 12 al giorno con la tessera consegnataci da Simone. (altrimenti mi pare € 14),

2 piccoli dettagli: bagno senza finestra ma con ventola e cucina senza lavastoviglie. Ma sapevamo già che era cosi perchè ben indicato nelle condizioni.

Taux d'humidité au sous sol très élevé ce qui donne une odeur pas agréable. Aurait besoin d'un déshumidificateur en permanence.

Posizione comodissima vicino alle chiese e ai luoghi strategici da visitare. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort. Simone il proprietario di casa è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per le visite ad Assisi e dove andare a mangiare.

Dos casas de cuento , con muebles preciosos y todos los detalles , situada en una calle preciosa en el centro histórico. Propietario amabilísimo .

Quizá la distribución del apartamento de arriba. Es para cuatro pero para ir al baño tienes que atravesar el dormitorio. Solo le pondría ese inconveniente!

Una gemma al centro di Assisi

La posizione della struttura è magnifica, al centro di tutto ciò che può interessare ad Assisi e comodissima per arrivarci dal Parcheggio Mojano. L'Host è stato gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza. L'appartamento è un gioiello non solo dal punta di vista estetico e dell'arredamento, tra l'altro molto elegante e ricercato, ma soprattutto dalla funzionalità; ci è sembrato infatti di stare a casa nostra con tutti gli utensili, posaterie e commodities che una vera casa deve avere. Per finire ottimo sistema di riscaldamento che è un elemento non trascurabile d'inverno ad Assisi. Un grazie di cuore a Simone che con la sua struttura ha impreziosito la nostra bellissima vacanza Natalizia ad Assisi. A presto!
