We had a lovely time in Assisi and this accommodation was good value for money

Really loved the conversion of an old house into a very comfortable holiday apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed for our two night stay . The host was very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The fan provided needs replacing .. it worked intermittently and some of the crockery is chipped. Small improvements would really make it a 10/10

Nice Old Farm House

The interior of the apartment is interesting and done well. The exterior of the home is 'rough'. It would be difficult to keep these grounds 'perfect' but a bit more attention would be expected. It's a portion of an old home and so is unique and charming. Everything one needs for proper, but light use is in the kitchen. And the dining area adjacent is ample.

Now we don't like a 'welcome wagon' when stopping for an evening when traveling. We like an autonomous check-in. But having said this we do think management should have been a bit more explicit. We arrived early. But house rules written in the fine print stated that we could only check in after a certain time. Hence we decided to do some exploring. When we notified management by phone that we would be arriving at the latter half our our allotted time (5:00 - 6:00PM) we were to discover the it would be a self check - in anyway. So we were forced to locate the place after dark. - and it's not easy to find in the dark. Long story short, had we known we could have checked in earlier, as it was self check-in anyway, it would have made our stay in Assisi much much easier.

Beautiful stay 20 minutes away from the centre

The property is beautiful, located 20 minutes away from the centre of Assisi in a quiet and green area. Walking to the center is easy and safe. I travelled alone and I enjoyed every moment.

The atmosphere is unique, exactly what I am looking for when staying in a place that's NOT a Hotel. Every detail in the renovation of this countryside villa was thought with attention and love. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the different options of lighting, that made a nice warm light in the evening. Extra bonus for the amazing bath tub and the smell of may roses coming from the windows. Grazie Agnese!

Everything perfect except some dust around

Lots of potential

We were warmly welcomed by the owners mother who was very pleasant. The location was good-just outside Assisi and you could park your car outside the apartment

The bed was very uncomfortable. This should be the best part of a stay so this was disappointing. Also on arrival the property lacked the care one would expect. For example the garden was not mowed and so there were weeds. The patio had not been swept. There were only a few tumblers and not proper wine glasses. Finally we could not turn off the light in the bathroom hence a poor nights sleep. This is a shame as the property has so much potential. Attention to detail is so important. Its always a good idea to stay in each room so you know what your guests experience

Un piacevole tuffo nel passato.

E' un piccolo appartamento al piano terra con un patio vista giardino e la possibilità di fare il barbecue, la posizione è ottima distante pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Assisi. C'è il posto macchina all'interno del giardino privato L'appartamento è arredato in maniera semplice, termoriscaldato e dotato di un ampio bagno e una doccia molto bella, c'è anche il WIFI e i proprietari sono simpaticissimi e sempre disponibili.

Un po' scomodo l'angolo cottura ma sufficiente per riscaldare o cucinare l'essenziale.

Mückenplage, keine Netze vor den Fenstern oder chemische Mittel. Es fehlten einige Dinge der Grundausstattung, Streichhölzer, um Mückenabwehr anzuzünden.

La localisation tout près d'Assisi, le fait d'avoir une petite cuisine et une machine à laver, les vastes espaces extérieurs, le parking gratuit

La douche peu pratique, évacuation problématique. Pas de produits de salle de bains. Une bouteille d'eau disponible à l'arrivée serait une attention appréciée pour une dépense minime du propriétaire.

Appartamento accogliente,molto carino ..abbiamo trovato pulito e in ordine..Agnese molto carina e disponibile che ringrazio tantissimo.. io ho soggiornato 4 notti anche con il nostro cane di taglia media..e siamo stati benissimo!!abbiamo raggiunto in centro a piedi in poco tempo..e cenato nel cortile della struttura perché la posizione offre anche tranquillità nonostante siamo vicino al centro🤩🤩tutto perfetto insomma..😃 Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!Ringrazio ancora Agnese per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità. A presto❣️
