view from the house was impressive. Size of the house was also huge enough for 4 person family.

We could not regulate the temperature of the house, so my kids felt coldness. Although we could ask host to raise temperature, it would be a hassle whenever we feel coldness.

Great experience

We had an excellent stay at Casa Spagnoli in Assisi. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was the perfect location for us. The apartment was lovely and we loved the decor and furniture. I have one minor apology:- I couldn't find the waste disposal area, although I did try to locate it. Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time.

Book this apartment for the space, parking but the best part was the location!

The apartment was excellent. Our host was wonderful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Parking was literally 10 steps from the apartment but the location takes it to another level, it is to die for!

The house is amazing, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets that helps to be prepared in time.

There were stairs not really comfy one for bringing luggage. And we were expecting a welcome pack as usually we received when you choose an apartment.

Recommend but be very clear about your sleeping arrangements beforehand. Was disappointed about it.

Location, but there is no name on the apartment so qite difficult to find.

I boked a two bedroom apartment. It had thee singles and one double bed. Only the double bed had sheets. she did not want to get more bedding and expected my son and myself to share the double bed. We took a sheet each and had seperate beds as our booking should have provided us with. It was a very hot night and there were fans but no a/c.

Beautiful classic apartment in Assisi

Beautiful interior, very classic, the location was excellent, 3 minutes to the Church of Saint Clare, 12 minutes to Saint Francis’ basilica. I would love to stay here again. Hearing the Church bells from the windows was beautiful. Our host was very friendly and responsive.

There wasn’t air conditioning and the fans didn’t keep us cool enough at night, the apartment was also a bit dusty, but still clean.

Amazing authentic stay with unbeatable views in Assisi!

Stunning views from a very comfortable and spacious apartment in a prime position in beautiful assisi! Kitchen facilities were good - possibly a toaster might be handy, fans helped with the 35 degree days. The parking garage only metres away was pretty amazing in this city! The hostess was very friendly and helpful letting us drop our bags and park the car early . All up a memorable stay in assisi in a place that felt like home!

We were fine but stairs for elderly might be an issue. Also don't arrive on a Saturday - the markets are on and the main road in is blocked!

A lovely spacious room in the heart of Assisi

A large spacious room The church you see outside the window in the photos is the Basilica of saint Clare it is a splendid view of the basilica and part of the valley below easy walk to the basilica of saint francis and just 2-3 mins to the old city centre, with its restaurants / shops etc it is big + clean very tastefully done up, with wooden floorings and nice furnishings there is Wifi as well another great thing is the parking! it is in a garage just 10 m from the place A very big plus if you are driving

The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. The apartment felt like a local home with plenty of history and character, we enjoyed everything about it. The host was also very responsive and hospitable. thank you again!

Soggiornare presso Casa Spagnoli è stata una bella esperienza. La struttura si trova in una posizione invidiabile, a pochissimi passi dalle principali Basiliche della città, il che permette di vivere appieno l'atmosfera spirituale e storica della città.

Unico aspetto da segnalare l'accesso: per raggiungere l'alloggio al primo piano ci sono diversi gradini da affrontare, ma nulla di proibitivo. Questo dettaglio non era sufficientemente chiaro in fase di prenotazione.

Historický dům v záviděníhodné poloze s možností parkování v garáži, centrální oblast Assisi. Úžasný výhled na S. Chiaru a část historických domů předčil naše očekávání

strmé schody pro seniory by mohly být problém Postele by mohly být trochu pohodlnější i delší, všechno ostatní bylo skvělé! Mohla by být přesnější adresa Casa Spagnoli. Je uvedena jen ulice, ale ne číslo popisné, při prvním příjezdu jsme trochu bloudili

La posizione é centralissima

La pulizia, abbiamo trovato polvere ma tanta polvere sotto i letti, le posate avevano un cattivo odore tanto da non volerle utilizzare. Per lo stesso motivo non ho usufruito della colazione. Peccato perché l'appartamento è carino merita solo più cura

Elképesztően hangulatos szállás, pazar kilátással

Elképesztően autentikus és hangulatos szállás Assisi központjában. Tartozik hozzá az épület melletti garázsban egy parkolóhely, ezért be lehet hajtani a ZTL zónába. A szállástól 12 perc séta a Szent Ferenc Bazilika, de számolj legalább 30 perccel, mert annyira lenyűgöző e kisváros belvárosa, hogy lépten-nyomon meg fogsz állni. Na, és ezen lenyűgöző épületek egyike maga a szállás is, ami korhű bútorokkal lett berendezve. Mindez hihetetlenül korrekt áron. Nagyon-nagyon ajánlott!!
