BEAUTIFUL BIG APT / GREAT LOCATION/ AWESOME HOSTS

APARTMENT: The apartment is beyond beautiful, the view is amazing (especially the sunsets) from the bedroom. The apartment has two levels and it is huge. The design and decor is magnificent, from the furniture to the stone walls, the pictures do not do this place any justice. There is nothing that you need once you get here. And they provide so many of the little things. I can’t list them all, but I’m telling you this has to be the best equipped and one of the nicest apartments we’ve ever stayed at. The showers are great, the kitchen is awesome and the beds are incredibly comfortable with really nice blankets and pillows. And, there are really nice, soft towels in the bathrooms. Everything you could hope for. LOCATION: The location is fantastic as can be seen on any map. We loved visiting the tiny church with St. Michael The Archangel and the incredible view of the Basilica right outside its door, which is a 60-second walk. The Basilica of Saint Francis is a mere three minutes away. HOSTS: Selene and her dad are fantastic. they are always available if you need help or recommendations and they’re truly beautiful people.

Comfortable and clean rooms! The owner family was extremely nice! They gave us recommendations on gerateria upon request, and also offered us a lift to the station on our way back.

Maximo, Selene and Rosita deserve more than a 10 for their exceptional hospitality. The Taxi driver dropped us off with a flippant wave of the hand saying 'its just up there". It was not just up there but a considerable walk away and not even in the correct street. Lovely Maximo was contacted by an obliging lady and he walked the considerable distance up to collect us. What a kind man. It was so far from the correct address that with our limited Italian we probably would never have found it. The apartment was wonderful, roomy and extremely pleasant. Maximo went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. He showed us around to view some of the spectacular sights which Assisi is renowned for. Thank you Maximo. We would highly recommend this apartment. It is close to the Basilica, close to a square with delicious dining, in fact I cannot recommend it highly enough. If I could give more than a 10 then I would. What an amazing family to deal with.

A RARE Find! Huge 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, Comfortable, Clean apartment in the very heart of Assisi.

You will be VERY pleased in booking this RARE apartment. The Location was amazing! Located in the very heart of Assisi's Historic Center. Very close to St. Francis Basilica. (literally a 2 minute walk). We could easily walk to visit and explore all areas of interest. Also, if driving, the apartment is located close to an area that you could park for free (also walkable). The Apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. You won't be disappointed. Our hosts, Selene and Massimo were very kind, hospitable, helpful, and very attentive and responsive to any requests or questions that we had. Staying in this apartment made our visit to Assisi much more convenient, peaceful, restful and enjoyable.

had a wonderful stay at Aethernal Assisi apartment. It’s just a short walk from the Basilica of San Francesco and perfectly located to explore the town. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was kind and helpful. I would gladly stay here again!

Relax a due passi da San Francesco

La posizione della casa è fantastica perchè in 5 minuti si è alla basilica di San Francesco però, essendo posizionata nella parte alta della città, è lontana dal passeggio turistico ed è super silenziosa. Inoltre il parcheggio San Giacamo è vicinissimo ed anche il parcheggio del cimitero è a soli 10 minuti a piedi ma la strada è comoda ed il parcheggio è gratuito. I gestori sono gentilissimi e super accoglienti !!!!!!!! Selene ci ha perfino lasciato un pò di cose per fare colazione in casa !

La casa, al piano terra, è comodissima e molto ben arredata e completa di tutto…inoltre è una casa caldissima particolare non poco importante in questo freddo inverno. Inoltre è comoda per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni in centro storico…a due passi dalla basilica. Infine è vicino ad ottimi ristoranti per cui se per una o più sere non si ha voglia di cucinare senza troppa distanza hai la possibilità di mangiare bene.

Accoglienza e comfort eccellenti

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. Dall’accoglienza alla gentilezza dei proprietari, tutto è stato eccellente sotto ogni aspetto.. L’appartamento è a pochi passi dal centro storico di Assisi, comodo e silenzioso, con una pulizia davvero impeccabile,segno di grande attenzione ai dettagli e cura per gli ospiti. Un pensiero che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo: la crostata fatta in casa che Selene ci ha lasciato per la colazione, un gesto di grande cura. Straconsigliato per chi vuole vivere Assisi in totale tranquillità e sentirsi come a casa. Roxana

Abbiamo pernottato presso la struttura di Assisi The Aethernal Assisi Apartaments beh che dire un appartamento bellissimo,pulitissimo e i proprietari sempre a disposizione : la ragazza Selene ci ha coccolati con una super colazione omaggio dove non mancava nulla . Accettano gli animali sono stati magnifici ad ospitare anche i miei due gatti . La consiglio e ci ritorneremo presto

Eccellente struttura, gentilezza e professionalità.

Appartamento pulito, efficiente. Molto curato anche nei dettagli. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili. In poche parole “ Eccellente “. Molto disponibili ad aiutare gli ospiti con utili consigli e suggerimenti. Struttura molto vicina alla Basilica Papale di San Francesco. Pochi passi dal centro e alla basilica di Santa Chiara.

Excelente para una visita rápida

Ubicación excelente, muy limpio, gracias por dejar café y algo para desayunar aunque no estaba incluido. No dejaron tips para el aparcamiento y nos ayudaron en todo. Nos mandaron informacion, comunicacion agil siempre y muy amables. La casa tiene todo lo necesario.

Todo perfecto, lo único que anadiria es un sofá en lugar de los dos sillones, para poder sentarse 4 personas comodas en el salon por la noche, pero verdaderamente es lo unico mejorable.
