For the disrespectful service, unexpected raised price, and refusal to accept credit card, I would not suggest staying a

The location and faculties of the property itself are comfortable and convenient.

As an experienced traveler, this place was quite possibly the worst check in experience that I have ever had. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were prepared to pay 320 euros by pay credit card. This was the total price disclosed on booking.com including all taxes and fees.The staff told us, to our surprise, that they only accept cash, and the total would be now 352 euros. For one, I tried explaining to them that according to Italian law, businesses providing services are required to accept credit card… we did not have enough cash to pay the full amount. We also said that we were only comfortable paying the amount advertised on booking.com since our understanding of Italian was limited and the explanation for the higher amount was unclear. The owner then became very angry, rudely yelling at us in Italian. Her son then escorted us to an ATM where we had to pay an unnecessary 48euro fee for the withdrawal.I understand that the situations was frustrating for them too, but their attitude was very rude, and the added expenses were not worth the stay.

Perfect apartment in Assisi historic district.

After a stressful and exhausting week the Monte Cavallo was an oasis of tranquility for me. The apartment was much more spacious than a hotel room, the location could not have been more convenient, the neighborhood was so very picturesque and there were excellent restaurants nearby. I got the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. I highly recommend the apartment if you are visiting Assisi.

Poca attenzione

La struttura è tutto sommato accogliente e gode di un’ottima posizione rispetto al centro. I letti matrimoniali risultano comodi, mentre i due lettini lo sono decisamente meno. Poiché l’alloggio viene proposto per 6 persone, si presume che tutti i posti letto offrano un comfort adeguato: quello che viene definito divano letto è in realtà composto da due lettini singoli, e ritengo che basterebbe davvero poco per renderli confortevoli quanto gli altri. Ci sono inoltre alcuni dettagli poco curati: ad esempio mancava la sesta forchetta, non erano presenti tovaglia, tovaglioli (anche solo di carta) o un rotolo di carta da cucina. È vero che questi elementi non sono indicati nella descrizione, ma sarebbe utile specificarlo chiaramente, così da permettere agli ospiti di organizzarsi. È la prima volta che mi capita di trovare un appartamento così sprovvisto di dotazioni minime per una cucina definita “attrezzata”. Un’ulteriore mancanza riguarda le camere da letto: le finestre non sono dotate né di scuri né di tende oscuranti, con la conseguenza che la stanza rimane fortemente illuminata dalla luce della strada durante la notte. Anche questo aspetto denota una scarsa attenzione al comfort degli ospiti, e sorprende che finora nessuno abbia mai segnalato la cosa. Non vuole essere una recensione negativa, ma piuttosto un suggerimento costruttivo per migliorare il servizio e offrire un prodotto più efficiente alla clientela. Infine, l’atteggiamento iniziale di chi ci ha accolti — con l’avvertimento di non alzare la temperatura a 25 gradi per evitare un extra — non mi è sembrato un bel benvenuto e avrei preferito evitarlo. Detto questo, grazie per l’ospitalità e buon anno.

Ótima localização na linda cidade de Assis. Excelente custo-benefício

Ótima localização, próximo da última parada de ônibus que sai da estação de trem de Assis. Localização central, fizemos arredores todos a pé. Região tranquila e silenciosa. A poucos metros da igreja de São Rufino, onde está o coração de São Carlo Acutis. Apartamento confortável e limpo. Opções de bons restaurantes próximos, com pizzas e massas. Anfitrião muito gentil e atencioso, foi super prestativo com nossa família.

Pouco difícil a locomoção com bagagens maiores (estradas de pedras) e encontrar táxi, tivemos que caminhar até a Piazza del Comune.

La posizione è molto apprezzata, 5 minuti di sali/scendi e sei in pieno centro! Se non si vuole fare strada appena fuori dall'appartamento ci sono due ristoranti. Parcheggio di piazza Saba Matteotti comodissimo, prezzo per un giorno intero (anche di notte) 14 euro. Consiglio se si vuole soggiornare in questo appartamento. Pulizia ottima. Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento Acqua ed è ideale per 4/5 persone perché ha due bagni belli grandi con docce spaziose, zona cucina e pranzo separata dalla zona notte. Coperte a disposizione se necessario.

Nella nostra camera non c’erano tende né scuri quindi entra troppa luce sia di notte dalle illuminazioni stradali, sia quando c’è il sole. Per il resto tutto molto positivo!

Optimale Wohnung fü 4 Personen und einem längeren Aufenthalt in Assisi

Die Lage der Wohnung, die Aufteilung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, der unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Umgang des Vermieters und der Austausch von Handtüchern bei Bedarf. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber und neu gerichtet, es gab genügend Handtücher.

In der Küche war es um die Spüle herum (die Abschlussleiste ist alt) und in der Besteck- Schublade nicht ganz so sauber gewesen

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo B&B non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. All’arrivo, l’accoglienza è stata piuttosto fredda e i modi della proprietaria non particolarmente cordiali, cosa che ha inciso sull’impressione generale del soggiorno. Durante la permanenza non abbiamo ricevuto particolare assistenza, anche in presenza di alcuni disagi. La pulizia degli ambienti lasciava a desiderare, e le asciugamani non sono mai state cambiate. Inoltre, la caldaia non funzionava, il che ha creato non pochi disagi con l’acqua calda. Credo che con una maggiore attenzione alla cura degli spazi e alla comunicazione con gli ospiti, l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare molto. Al momento, però, non mi sentirei di consigliare questa struttura.

La atención de Patricia y su hijo!! Estuvieron allí para recibirnos y explicarnos como funcionaba todo!! El departamento un sueño en una ciudad hermosa que parecía sacada de un cuento!!! Nos regalaron un mapa y nos contaron que la ciudad estaba de fiesta, además de la excelente ubicación!! Si volvemos a Assisi seguro volveríamos allí!! Nos encanto!!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji, restauracji. Duże mieszkanie, z wyposażeniem. Bardzo miły gospodarz. Pani czekała na nas aby przekazać klucze. Łatwy check out. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Był problem z parkowanie, ale akurat dzień wcześniej był pożar na parkingu. Ostatecznie udało się znaleźć miejsce w niedużej odległości.

Die Lage ist schlicht perfekt. Mitten im Städtchen gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig und gut zugänglich. Wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Die beiden Badezimmer sind wunderschön restauriert worden.
