A few short steps from the Piazza

It had all the amenities one could possibly want. Location is as central as it could possibly be. The hosts made it cleared that they were available at any time there was a question. Very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and very spacious! Perfection!

Outstanding location, quiet, clean, and beautiful views. We had three dinners at three different places within 200 meters of property and all were excellent. Very close to all sites on east end of Assisi and a 10 minute walk to the west end. Amazing property for the cost. An outstanding value.

Lovely place, in a wonderfully locate, in a breathtaking little town.

By looking at the pictures, I thought that it would have a balcony, but only the adjacent apartment had access to it. Probably I misread the description.

Great location with average interior amenities

The view from the top patio was very nice.

Very multileveled so needed to leave a light on in case you woke up. Hard to find until they agreed to come and meet us and walk us to the room.

Absolutely loved our stay!

The apartment is on the top floor so the view was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment is quaint which was absolutely lovely. Also the hostess was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The location was perfect!

It was a little difficult bathing in the tiny tub with the shower nozzle. I am petite but my husband is average so for a larger person it’s quite difficult but not impossible. We got water all over the place.

Superb

I LOVED this as a home base in Assisi! The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space, and the terrace is INCREDIBLE. It's perfect for watching the sun set and I can't overstate how perfect it was for enjoying a glass of wine while the sun went down.

The bathtub is a sitting tub (meaning, small) but it's totally worth it for the perks of the rest of the apartment.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in an excellent location for all the sights.

The apartment was decorated very tastefully. The kitchen had everything that you would need. There were books and games in the lounge. A nice touch was a first aid box in the bathroom (I have never seen this provided before). The apartment was right next to the main square (just by the Lion Fountain).

It was fine for us but be aware the apartment is up a flight of stairs.

It was really wonderful in these appartements! We booked two appartements for our family - one with a marvellous roof terrace! We hope, we can book the appartments once more, when we come for a next stay in Assisi! Many greetings to the helpful and nice owner!

Perfect location in lovely Assisi

The location was possibly the best in Assisi. Just a few steps from the Temple of Minerva, mid-way between St Francis s and St Clare’s basilicas. We were in the flat with the Terrace. Loved sitting on the terrace as night came listening to the guitar music from the square below. Great views.

For the price it exceeded our expectations. Our apartment ( the one with the terrace which is on the top floor) had lots of different levels ( ie steps) within the apartment so watch out if getting up in the night and walking about in the dark.

Very nice stay

- The view - The location - The apartment had all the things we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped! - The hostess was really professional and quick to respond to our few requests and questions.

- The sloped walls were a bit annoying when you are a high person - Couldn’t take a shower standing 😊

Great location BUT!

The location is brilliant. Literally in the town centre and moments from Matteotti car park. Very large apartment very well maintained and presented. Instructions for entry to apartment at first seemed a bit tricky but actually was very simple because Lorrella sends you very clear and concise information. We were lucky to be able to park for a few minutes at the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment at the Piazza del Comune to drop the cases of. On leaving we didn’t bother as it’s so close to car park. All in all we had a great stay here and would certainly book again if we returned to Assisi.

There really is nothing to dislike. It was great vale for money in a first class location and operated by a very caring lady

Wonderful terrace and a perfect location in the middle of Assisi.

The appartement could perhaps use a small update here and there as some things are a bit old. However, the appartement is exactly how we expected it to be based on the pictures. So no big deal.

Wonderful location

Room was overlooking the piazza with wonderful view. Location is on a stairway street with no auto traffic. Spacious and well furnished. An adequate kitchen to prepare a simple meal or two. Host Lorella was friendly and responsive.

Property listing shows a rooftop terrace with patio furniture. This was THE reason I booked this flat and was disappointed to arrive and find that was a photo from a different apartment in the building. :( The place had a few minor issues: the electronic door lock was malfunctioning so it took several tries to enter, the electric igniters on the gas stove were not working so we had to find a lighter (not provided), the shower has only a partial partition to block the water and was leaking on the floor.

Posizione eccezionale. Vista bellissima. Appartamento situato nella piazza principale di Assisi. Quindi tutto a portata di mano. Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e dotato di ogni confort.

L’appartamento è una mansarda al 2 piano. Per salire, le scale sono molto ripide tra il 1’ e il 2’ piano. Non consigliato per anziani o famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Sfeervol appartement op bovenste verdieping (geen lift) met mooi uitzicht. Goede host.

Het uitzicht op de Chiesa Nuova en de gebouwen op het Piazza del Comune met in de verte de Umbrische vlakte. Vanuit een sfeervol raam met luikjes. Prachtig zowel overdag en 's avonds (levendig plein) als 's nachts (stilte) bij het open raam met kabbelend water van de fontein en een heldere maan. Zeer goed opgemaakt bed bij aankomst. Schoon appartement.

De toegangscode eerder op de dag van aankomst geven. Liefst vóór vertrek naar de accommodatie. Vooral fijn voor gasten zoals ik, die minder handig zijn met een smartphone.
