Fantastic quiet apartment in the heart of Assisi

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, quiet and very well maintained. There is nothing I could fault. The bed was very comfortable and Deborah was very welcoming and helpful. I love that it is found at the very top of Assisi and to get back to the apartment you can use the lifts that lead to Piazza Matteotti.

The only thing that was missing was some paper napkins in the kitchen and some tissues in the bathroom otherwise it is very well supplied.

Perfect apt in great location

Frederico met us and quickly got us settled and made us feel welcomed in his home. He made excellent restaurant recommendations. Traveling with our adult aged daughter who said the sofa bed was very comfortable. Master bed was very comfortable. Large bathroom and shower. Bright and clean. Great location for easy access to car parking and bus station.

Special apartment in Assisi

Daniela was the perfect hostess. She sent us all the instructions for the parking and organised to meet her to pick up the keys and she showed us around. The apartment is amazing, clean and newly and lovingly renovated, so there are all new appliances, heating, showers as well as completely refurbished. It has been very well thought out and everything you need is there. We didn't cook, but it is very well set up with crockery, cutlery, appliances, coffee and tea facilities. The lounge, dining and kitchen area is very spacious and can accommodate more than two people easily. The bathroom is large and has a lovely big shower and again, it is all good quality and new. Great shower and lots of hot water. The bedroom is large and so is the bed. There is space to move around and put suitcases. There is an ironing board and iron as well as a storeroom. The apartment was spotless and very quiet and warm. The parking is a flat walk of a few minutes and the town centre is at the doorstep. It is very close to everything. We loved our stay and Daniela gave us tips about where to eat an things to do as well. Highly recommend this apartment and it was perfect for a couple. Thanks Daniela

The location is very convenient if you arrive by car (there's a parking space nearby, it's not free but you get a discount thanks to the Assisi card the host gives you when you arrive). The Basilica di San Francesco is just 15 min away by walking distance (and it's at the opposite part of the city that means that you are walking distance from restaurants, shops and other points of interest). The place itself was sparkling clean and it's located in a beautiful and quiet alley in Assisi. There's no AC but thanks to the thick wall the temperature inside was 24 degrees even if outside it was around 32. Last but not least, the host was quick to answer to our questions, on time, kind and cheerful, ask her for restaurants, she can give you great suggestions!

Relaxing, comfortable base for exploring Assisi and surrounds

Lovely new apartment located in a beautiful flower-filled lane near San Rufino and the centre of Assisi. Clean and light with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and all the facilities you could need. Friendly owner on hand for check in and all requests. Covered parking close by with reduced rates included in Assisi card. Highly recommended for visiting this wonderful city of St Francis and the surrounding area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr schöne und saubere Lage, äußerst freundlicher Empfang

Eine sehr schöne aufwendig renovierte Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage in Assisi. Die Besitzerin hat uns schon am Parkplatz, der ein paar hundert Meter entfernt liebt, empfangen. Sie war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war in einem kleinen Reihenhaus abseits vom Massentourismus in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Straße ohne Verkehr. Ein paar Minuten entfernt waren zahlreiche gute Restaurants.

Es gibt nichts, was und nicht gefallen hätte.

L'appartamento ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative: spazioso, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, offre tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione è centrale nel cuore della bellissima Assisi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa, il parcheggio a pagamento si trova a soli 100 metri dalla struttura, il che è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile, attento a ogni nostra esigenza, facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti. Ci ha inoltre dato preziosi consigli su Assisi, luoghi da visitare e/o fermarsi a mangiare. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi una sistemazione ben curata pulitissima e accogliente. Grazie di cuore per aver reso ancora più speciale la nostra permanenza ad Assisi.
