A very nice and comfortable apartment.

The owner provide an extremely clean and super tidy apartment. And the location is excellent which is in the heart of the ancient town. They provide nice white wine and a bottle of water. Furthermore, Alex is kind enough to give us some more coffee. And he gave us a lot of helpful information about the town. We enjoyed breakfast in front of the apartment which was memorable morning. Very satisfied with the apartment. I hope everyone who come in the future will help the keep the apartment in good maintenance.

Feel like family home

The location was excellent. Facilities to visit most of the churches. Near to basilica. Very quiet and safe. Very clean. Very good Landlord.

The breakfast was good but next time will be better to do in the appartement rather to go out to have breakfast outside.

Well equipped house in central location

Lovely luxurious house close on edge of Old Town and close to all sights (although with a lot of climbing!) Daniela was very accommodating about later check out which made our last morning much more enjoyable.

Spiral stairs are tricky and house is slightly dark due to the design (although with carefully designed electric lighting).

Soggiorno meraviglioso nel cuore di Assisi

L’appartamento è stato semplicemente bellissimo. Disposto su due livelli, curato in ogni dettaglio, pulitissimo, profumato e arredato con grande gusto. La pietra a vista rende l’ambiente caldo, autentico e perfettamente in armonia con l’atmosfera di Assisi, creando una sensazione di accoglienza immediata. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, confortevoli e silenziosi, ideali sia per rilassarsi che per vivere la città con calma. Si percepisce chiaramente l’attenzione dei proprietari per la qualità e il benessere degli ospiti. La posizione è strategica: in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Basilica di San Francesco, con una passeggiata piacevole tra le vie del centro storico. Perfetta anche per muoversi a piedi e godersi Assisi senza stress. Un soggiorno che consiglierei senza alcuna esitazione. Tornerei volentieri.

Un posto che resta nel cuore

Alloggio straordinario per cura nell'arredamento, pulizia e confort. Particolarmente elegante e varia l'illuminazione. Per accedere alla camera e ai servizi bisogna salire una spettacolare scala a chiocciola. Questa è una limitazione per disabili. Il bagno ha una spaziosa doccia ed è dotato di prodotti per la pulizia e di asciugamani di ogni misura. Nell'angolo cottura sono a disposizione bollitore elettrico e macchina da caffè con capsule fornite. Massima libertà negli orari. Possibilità di parcheggiare a poca distanza. Molto accessoriato anche per un soggiorno più lungo. Gentilissimi i proprietari, disponibili nel consigliare. Strategica la posizione a poca distanza dalla basilica di San Francesco.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, alloggio bellissimo nel cuore di Assisi, fresco rispetto alle temperature esterne, completo di tutto il necessario, anzi di più… se passeremo ancora da Assisi sceglieremo sicuramente questa struttura!

Nel cuore di Assisi

Appartamento stupendo dotato di tutti i confort necessari. In un periodo così caldo era freschissimo senza l'utilizzo di condizionatori. La posizione è comodissima a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco, e la proprietaria è stata gentilissima.
