This was our third stay at this beaufitul place but definitely not the last.
We will come back again next year.
Its such a cute little apartment, clean, cool, quiet, comfy, with everything you need for a perfect stay in Assisi.
Close to the town and all the wonderful stores.

The property is a good location and has great potential, but this was ruined by lack of maintenance, health and hygiene problems. Owner gave us good advice about the area, and was friendly.
There was a pervasive smell of dampness/mould which made the stay unpleasant. We had to leave the front door open and sleep with masks. Kitchen had no hot water and lacked cleanliness. Bathroom tiles had black mould and shower basin did not drain properly and filled up within minutes. Towels smelled of tobacco/only one set pp for 3 nights. There was no heating. Also, we could hear a television all night from above us.
