Annoying customer service

Location is convenient

Information about finding the key is bad. The key was hidden under a pot instead of in the lockbox. Customer service told me she was coming. She was not. Sent a WA instead to a number that I didn’t have a WA. Finally after about 1 hour I got in. No soap available in the bathroom. No lighter for the stove. The built in lighter did not work. The floor is greasy

A small mistake happened with another guests accommodated in the same appartment for the same date, which was solved within 1.5 hour. Things happen, so it was not a big deal. The other guests were moved to another appartment of the same location.

Beautiful Asissi

The appartment was clean and sunny with a lovely view over the countryside. Christian, even though we did not meet him, due to our late arrival, was always contactable by phone.. We had everything we required in the appartment, Thank you Christian.😊

The fridge was turned off when we arrived and we had to message Christian for wifi access.

Perfect size for two. Convenient to have a kitchenette, with a very big bedroom. Very secure.

The radiators/heat did not turn on at all throughout our stay. We also had to purchase dish soap upon our arrival.

Da localização do apartamento, próximo a uma das portas de entrada da cidade, 800m. mas o percurso é um pouco perigoso pois se faz pela estrada, precisa tomar alguns cuidados. Dá para estacinar o carro na frente do apartamento.

Da falta de atendimento por parte do anfitrião. As instruções iniciais estavam erradas e tivemos que entrar em contato para achar a chave. Internet muito lenta ainda com a senha errada que só no dia seguinte nos passou a senha certa, porém muito lenta. Falta de toalha de banho, avisamos na chegada mas disse que foi problema com a pessoa que fez a limpeza, mesmo avisando, não entregou mais toalhas. Falta de produtos básicos da cozinha para lavar a louça, tivemos que no dia seguinte comprar no mercado para poder fazer café. Nem mesmo água tinha como cortesia. E no dia da saída, nos pediu que deixassemos 32EU para pagamento da diária da prefeitura, não tínhamos o valor em dinheiro e saimos sem fazer o pagamento, agora estou tentando fazer via depósito na conta bancária. Se tivesse informado na entrada, teríamos providenciado o valor para deixar. Lamentável o atendimento do anfitrião.

Emplacement idéal à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, parking privé juste devant la maison.

Peut-être que le propriétaire pourrait envoyer les renseignements ou un message concernant les clés une semaine avant le séjour pour rassurer le futur locataire.

L' appartamento è stato ricavato da una taverna di un' altro appartamento che si trova sopra e un box. Umidità. la cucina-soggiorno solo con una minuscola bocca di lupo in alto sempre buia. Mancava tappeto per asciugarsi uscendo dalla doccia, porta asciugamani per il viso, spina per il phon, un asciugamano per il bidet, e un esigua fornitura di sapone ( per doccia e mani). La finestra della camera da letto dava sulla strada e se parcheggi la macchina ti trovi ad affacciarti nel finestrino della macchina. Il letto grande cigolava quando ti muovevi ( siamo leggeri come peso). Check in un disastro. Indirizzo errato indicazioni errate. Non è vicino al centro sono 2km dal Santuario

Accogliente, tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza, vicino al centro storico, possibilità di parcheggio... consiglio vivamente

Forse troppo esigente, ma box doccia e saliscendi doccino, fuori uso, da migliorare, e magari controllare se qualche lampada sia fuori uso.....spero capiate la mia critica.
