About this house rental

Portion of private house 5 minutes walk from the city center, nicely furnished, spacious with bedroom, a bathroom with shower tray and living room with kitchen with all appliances, garden with very intimate pergola for cool evenings. For the third person a sofa bed in the living room. Supermarket and bar at 50 meters parking space.
Priority is given to the living space, large to make the guest feel at ease.
Possibility of air conditioning service with the payment of a little extra.

We had a great stay in Assisi! Location was easy walking into town. It’s next to market that’s fully stocked. Very quiet location. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

I needed a rest traveling from North to South Italy. Assisi was my perfect stop for few days and Casa Elena was so comfortable and convenient. Daniele quickly responded to a few requests I had while staying there. I would definitely stay again.

This area is great. Highly accessible and very private. We had the house to ourselves. It was right beside a Tigre mart, 10 minute walk to St. Claire’s Basilica and about 12 minutes to town proper. Daniele Sini is the ideal owner to deal with. We had no problems and while he was away at this time his friend picked us up at the station so that she could show us the house. On our way back he helped us booked a taxi to train station. I am so happy I found this listing!

Danielle is the Best! He picked us up a town away due to train issues at 22:30! He even stopped for take out pizza as we were so hungry. He ordered our cab for departing day. Home is just like the pics and bed is great. We walked to bus stop and once into Old town Assisi. Also grocery is just a block away. Would stay here again. Lovely home.

The house and reception was perfect. The location next to the city could not be better. It is a 5 min walk to the city. Also the walkways of Franciscus passes the house. Only thing that could be approved is to have two comfortable chairs to sit outside.
