-- Located in the medieval village, Rione Porta San Giacomo, overlooking the Upper Basilica of St. Francis, from which you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the Assisi countryside (despite being located on one of the main streets of the center).
-- Theater, as part of the Calendimaggio event, with performances and scenes from medieval life.
-- A short walk from the wonderful squares, beautiful monuments, and evocative beauty of sacred places, including St. Francis, St. Clare, St. Rufino, St. Damiano, and the Hermitage of the Carceri.
-- An ideal place for those who want to find peace and serenity.
-- An excellent base for visiting other places in Umbria: Perugia, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno, Trevi, Spoleto, Orvieto, and the Marmore Falls.

Absolutely perfect location by the Basilicata. Gorgeous views and a quick walk to the main piazza. Stunning rooftop deck. Arnaldo was nice and very responsive. Will stay here again the next time I’m in Assisi.

The house is set up for sleeping capacity and not for comfortable lounging. The location is excellent and parking is convenient, Arnaldo was flexible and very helpful.
