"The View" is the right name! What a stunning location. The old house is nicely renovated and is very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Steep access to a roof top terrace with an amazing 360 degree view. The owners are very helpful and have lots of suggestions if you have any enquiries. If you travel by car, the free parking is close by and during your stay you really can reach everything on foot. I cannot think of a better way to stay a few days in Assisi.
There is only one issue and due to the fact that it is a really old house: the shower is minute. The second shower is somewhat strangely located in between the hall and the toilet/vanity. Again, mainly due to the restriction of the old building. Other than that: perfect.

The views from every window and the rooftop terrace were outstanding. Paolo was an excellent host very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully renovated, and spacious, with a separate kitchen and living area.
Nothing to dislike, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was so clean. It was right next to Saint Francis Basilica. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Paolo was very helpful. So nice and willing to bridge the language gap. GREAT views from the windows.
The rooftop terrace is difficult to access. Steep and narrow attic ladder to get there. The mattress was not comfortable.
