The views from every window and the rooftop terrace were outstanding. Paolo was an excellent host very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully renovated, and spacious, with a separate kitchen and living area.
Nothing to dislike, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely incredible views! Comfortable beds and beautiful apartment. Paolo was fantastic and answered all our questions promptly and was very accommodating. We were so lucky because we stayed on the evening that the Charity Concert was happening right in front of the basilica so we were able to enjoy the whole thing from our rooftop. Honestly it was a great experience.

Stunning old but recently renovated apartment. Amazing views, even from both bedrooms. Main bedroom looks out over the Umbrian landscape. The roof top has 360* views of Assisi and surrounding area. We loved sitting there with our coffee or evening drinks. Comfortable beds and hot shower. Parking is free and easy access to the property. Would recommend.
The beautiful apartment is 4 floors, including the roof top balcony. Not a problem for us, but you need to be able to do stairs.

The view was amazing and so very close to the Basilica. Paolo was patient with the changes to our travel plans and was waiting for us when we arrived. Very nicely decorated.
Stairways inside the apartment lacked handrails which could be a problem for guests with mobility issues.
