Upgrade lighting and some sound insulating and it would be perfect.

Location was excellent. And the apartment had everything you need.

The lighting in the apartment is awful. It’s dark in the sitting area with up-lights mounted in the floor that give off no light. If you open the curtains you are in full view of the street. The kitchen was in a cupboard set up which was good but had no lighting in it so at night was completely unusable. The apartment next door is owned by same people. And you hear every single word they are saying as clear as if they were in the room, therefore they can hear you. The entry system is via an app which is a pain because internet is spasmodic. Overall a nice place but too much form over function that doesn’t work.

nel cuore di Assisi

Posizione centralissima a 500 metri dalla Basilica, ambiente senza scale ed accessibile. Grandissima disponibilità dei gestori nel risolvere difficoltà incontrate durante il soggiorno, come ad esempio l'applicazione per aprire la porta (fornite fortunatamente le chiavi) blocco del riscaldamento (sistemato da remoto). appartamentino molto carino con un soffitto con una volta medievale davvero bella. Presente un divano, letto matrimoniale, armadio-cucina dotato di bollitore, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, piano cottura ad induzione, televisione. Bagno piccolino ma con una doccia grande e fornito di sapone. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più sicuramente è stata la grande disponibilità dei gestori, che anche di domenica sono stati davvero gentili e ben disposti per rendere il nostro soggiorno migliore. consigliatissimo.

Sono solo piccole cose/consigli - Casa un po' buia, nonostante tutte le luci accese (un lampadario centrale zona armadio-cucina sarebbe assolutamente necessario) - Mancanza di pensiline in bagno per appoggiare gli oggetti - la tipologia di apertura porta con app - risolta poi con le chiavi - essendo una casa ricavata da un ambiente storico sicuramente bellissimo, sentivo un persistente odore di muffa soprattutto nella zona "armadio vestiti"

A arquitetura antiga do espaço, com o tecto de arcos e o aproveitamento do espaço, bem organizado e decoração simples.

O espaço tem pouca luz natural. E um pouco devassado. Sugestão de fazer uma separação na casa de banho para o material de limpeza, bastava uma persiana ou um biombo.
