Spacious, clean, and cute apartment in the heart of the old Assisi! Had everything you need, including washing machine, well equipped kitchen, etc. Marco was very helpful and easy to communicate with! If you have a chance, definitely book this place and you will have a wonderful time!

Nice roomy apartment very close to the Basilica. Very convenient for parking. Assisi is hilly so expect to walk uphill for your visit. Marco was very helpful.

Lovely apartment...Perfect location...Fantastic host!

The apartment is lovely - sometimes what you get is not what you see in the pictures, but in this case it was better. The apartment is large, clean and in a wonderful location. The views from the apartment are splendid. And Marco is a perfect host - he provided useful information about Assisi with great suggestions of places to visit; he responded to messages almost immediately and went out of his way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and if I go back to Assisi I will hope this apartment is available as I would love to stay again :-)

Perfect Location and Outstanding Views of Assisi!

We loved our stay in Casa vacanze Frate Elia! Marco was very accommodating! He met us promptly with the key and was there to answer any questions regarding the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was immaculate and a perfect location close to shops and within walking distance to the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi. Excellent views of Assisi and surrounding area from the numerous windows in the apartment!

Ottima posizione

Appartamento in ottima posizione a 2 passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Se dovete andare all' ostensione del corpo di San Francesco il posto è perfetto, scendete e Siete in fila. A due passi ci sono i bus comodissimi per andare a Santa Maria degli Angeli se non si vuole fare il camminamento a piedi (consigliato anche questo). A pochi passi c'è il parcheggio San Giovanni Paolo II comodissimo ma un po' caretto. Ad ogni modo potete chiedere tutte le info al proprietario che è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato, il bagno era stato finito mancavano gli ultimi dettagli Dentro c'è tutto il necessario per te e caffè,ci sono 2 padelle, una pentola per la pasta, posate...ci sono i prodotti per la pulizia e un plus... l'aspirapolvere. Letto comodo, io ho dormito nel divano letto.

Bellissimo appartamento super confortevole e vicinissimo alla Basilica di San Francesco. La struttura é ben fornita e non manca assolutamente nulla per un ottimo soggiorno. Se qualcuno vuole visitare Assisi e soggiornarvi anche per più giorni, questo posticino é perfetto! Anche l’host impeccabile in ogni cosa.

Fantastico soggiorno

Mi son sentita a casa , tanto calore , il giusto spazio , tutto ordinato e nuovo e poi in una posizione strategica. Un appartamento perfetto dove spero di tornar con la mia famiglia !

Solo un po’ di rumore esterno ma sono io che ho il sonno leggero , per il resto è davvero confortevole !!

Eccezionale

E stato veramente tutto fantastico,in primis la posizione, veramente a due minuti a piedi dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Essendo in cinque abbiamo prenotato entrambe gli appartamenti, uno più bello dell' altro, nuovissimi, puliti, arredati con gusto e dotati di ogni confort per passare una splendida vacanza. A due minuti c'è anche un parcheggio multipiano (a pagamento).. L'host è veramente disponibile e risponde a qualsiasi domanda in brevissimo tempo, avevo anche detto che era una vacanza per festeggiare un cinquantesimo di matrimonio e ci ha fatto trovare in frigo una bottiglia di champagne, un gesto apprezzatissimo che dice veramente tutto sulla cura che ha degli ospiti. Grazie mille per tutto e se dovessimo tornare ad Assisi sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento

Meravigliosa Assisi, tra storia e idealità

Meravigliosa la posizione: a pochi passi dalla basilica. Una casa medievale alta e stretta che affaccia du 3 vie. Dall'appartamento, che ha ha 7 tra finestre e finestrine, si può godere di tutte e 3 le viste: sulle vie di Assisi e sulla valle. L'appartamento è piacevole, spazioso, luminoso e ben arredato. Non abbiamo incontrato il proprietario ma abbiamo avuto diversi utilissimi contatti su whatsapp: estremamente sollecito e disponibile!

Niente di migliorabile! Di poco gradevole soltanto il rumore notturno se si tengono aperte le finestre. Del resto era sabato :-)

Super appartamento ad Assisi

Ci è piaciuto, tutto! Appartamento in un palazzo antico, in posizione perfetta vicinissimo al centro, alla Basilica e al parcheggio, con una splendida vista. Accogliente, ristrutturato di recente con spazi ampi, un angolo cucina ben attrezzato, ambienti comodo per 4 persone. Proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo, card turistica di Assisi con tanti servizi a disposizione.

L'any passat vam estar al segon pis. aquest any al primer. Si ho comparo, el primer pis té menys llum natural, el menjador una mica més petit, però fa menys calor, tens més privacitat i el lavabo està reformat. La cuina estava molt ben equipada. La ubicació és ideal per visitar Assis. La basílica de sant Francesc està al costat.
