It is newly renovated. Located strategically near the piazza. The unit has everything we need and Daniela as the host was very lovely. Super helpful. I would definitely recommended this place. Love the terrace where we can see the sky clearly.

Beautiful Assisi

Beautiful , bright apartment in centre of Assisi. Had everything we needed including a small sun filled terrace where we ate our breakfast and enjoyed an aperitivo after a busy day. Very comfortable, lots of space . Highly recommend.

Hidden gem in Assisi

This slylish apartment is located near a little square in a lively area but it has a romantic, quiet little balcony. It is renovated with love and great taste. It features traditional architectural characteristics, as well as an eclectic mix of antique and design furnishings. I loved it!

It was pleasant and a safe location

The location was very central. There were several shops and snack/coffee places in the area. Pilgrims could find the nearby churches quite easily.

Beautifully decorated apartment

The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. The location in the centre of the historic town is excellent. Daniele was very helpful.

I was a bit confused by the instructions to find the entrance, and then to find the public car park, but that was more my fault than that of the instructions.

Assisi är en väldigt speciell stad att besöka. Andlighet mixat med Italiensk livsglädje.

Fantastiskt att bo så centralt men ändå ganska lugnt och tyst. Smakfullt inrett med allt vad vi behövde för vårt välbefinnande.

Straconsigliato e ci ritorneremo!

Zona centrale, appartamento accogliente, pulito, ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort, molto bella la doccia con la cromoterapia. Molto gentile l’host, che avuto la premura di lasciarci cialde di caffè e bustine di tisane e consigliandoci posti dove mangiare.

Ovviamente essendo in posizione centrale ci sono problemi di parcheggio anche se ampiamente risolvibili.

Perla ad Assisi

Appartamento bellissimo spazioso e arredato con gusto in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla piazza del comune perfetto per visitare tutta Assisi (meraviglioso),cucina super attrezzata non mancava nulla dalla tovaglia alle tovagliette, le stoviglie bicchieri per il vino tutto davvero bello. Ringrazio l'host che ci è stata vicina senza essere invadente fornendoci anche consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni. Nella casa tovate anche la Assisi card che vi da diritto ad alcuni sconti ( su parcheggio,musei, negozi..) la cartina e volantini con diversi consigli su come arricchire il soggiorno. Consigliato....tornerò con la famiglia!

Bellezza ad Assisi

Appartamento molto curato e completo di tutto in bel contesto all'interno di un palazzo storico di Assisi. Ottima pulizia come anche l'illuminazione e gli accessori della cucina. Gestori disponibilissimi e ricchi di consigli che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliato !

Apartamento com fácil acesso à Basílica de São Francisco

Apto dispõe de decoração moderna e é bem equipado. Dá para fazer o breakfast tranquilo. Cama e sofá cama muito bons. E a cereja do bolo: a varandinha por onde o sol entra. Localização privilegiada com todo tipo de comércio. Bem na frente fica um empório onde é possível comprar até o pãozinho do café da manhã. Mas fique atento para o horário de abertura do comércio. Só abre as 10h. Destaque: a instalação está localizada a poucos minutos da Basílica de São Francisco e também da igreja de Sta Clara.

Como quase todas as instalações em Assis não há elevador. E a rua, como a maioria, também é bem inclinada.

Confortevole al massimo

Un'intera casa nel centro di Assisi, spaziosa e ci tutti i comfort (abbiamo utilizzato anche il forno per riscaldare la pizza). Gli ambienti erano puliti e accoglienti, l'arredamento elegante e armonioso. Splendido balconcino a vista sull'interno del palazzo, arredato con un tavolino e due sedie. Inoltre in cucina erano presenti macchinetta del caffè e bollitore con una discreta varietà di tisane. Per noi è stato un soggiorno particolare perchè entrambi abbiamo avuto l'influenza mentre eravamo lì e la proprietaria ha acconsentito a farci rimanere una notte in più facendoci pagare una somma irrisoria. La casa e i suoi comfort ci hanno permesso di affrontare al meglio quelle ore difficili. Posizione al centro esatto di Assisi, molti vicina alla Piazza del Comune. Se dovessimo tornare ad Assisi torneremo certamente lì. Fortemente consigliato.
