Lots of stairs to get to the apartment

Morena, our hostess was very thoughtful. She provided a wonderful jam tart, it was very appreciated.

Breakfast was not supplied. The location was excellent. It was very close to the bus terminus, just a few metres from a Bar/Restaurant and a short walk to two supermarkets. The kitchen was compact but it did have all the necessary appliances to cook a storm, including a microwave, coffee machine, expresso coffee maker and a toaster. Most apartments have some of these but not all. Morena our hostess is a very warm person, it was a pleasure to meet her.

A washing machine would have been wonderful but there was no laundry. A few too many steps to the front door but they were manageable.

Lovely autumnal stay

I stayed for two nights in this beautiful little apartment, perfectly located just a short walk from the main Piazza in Assisi. It was clean, cozy, and compact, yet very well equipped. The small terrace was a wonderful spot to enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The bedroom was bright and airy, with large French windows overlooking the charming San Rufino campanile. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby after long days exploring the area. The modern bathroom had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. My lovely autumn weekend in Assisi was made even more special by the wonderful host, Morena. She was kind, thoughtful, and welcoming—and even greeted me with a delicious Italian jam tart waiting in the kitchen. I would happily stay here again!

Very comfortable, cute place in the old town but only metres from easy parking

Excellent location in the old town only metres from parking lot. Very nice little apartment, comfortable beds, extremely dark so easy to get a good sleep. Had everything we needed

Nothing to speak of really, as I mentioned quite dark so you wouldn’t want to spend a lot time there during the daytime but we didn’t anyway, too much to see in Assisi.

A peaceful stay in Assisi

I stayed in the suite on the top floor and it was heavenly. As soon as I walked in, I knew my stay was too short, only 2 days. The suite had everything I could want and then some. The patio was great for sipping morning coffee, the bed was so comfortable, and the shower with the sky light was luxurious. The location was great, up a quiet street but close to restaurants and all of Assisi! Needless to say, I am already planning my return to Assisi and will be staying here! My uncle and dad stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments on floor 1, and it was great. Perfect size for them, large living area and kitchen. Morena was so accommodating and helpful, she gave us a great taxi recommendation to get a ride to and from the train station. She also gave me books on Assisi and St Francis, which was just so sweet. She made me feel so welcomed.

Absolutely beautiful stay in Assisi.

Beautifully decorated, clean and fresh. Set in the midst of Assisi a short walk from the Basilicas. Morena was very helpful and welcoming, we couldn’t fault the whole experience. Absolutely wonderful and would definitely stay there again.

An enchanted stay

Everything about this apartment was wonderful. Was historic yet updated. The beds were the most comfortable we have found so far on our 3 week trip so far. Morena our host was wonderful and came to help us find the extra blankets. We loved our time in Assisi, our favourite place across the whole of Italy so far. So charming and spiritual. Morena said we would be enchanted by the apartment and we truly were.

Lovely weekend in Assisi!

The apartment was in a great location a short walk away from the main square and attractions. It was a great size, had everything you’d need and the host was quick to respond. Small additions such as Easter eggs and coffee pods were a lovely surprise!

The pictures did not match the flat. It was much smaller with no balcony and no second bathroom. When I addressed it, the woman didn't respond to it.

First-rate accommodation in a perfect location in the beautiful town of Assisi.

Excellent location, very comfortable and clean, and offering all you need for a stay in Assisi. Sabine was fantastic and helpful from start to finish, especially offering support as we tried to recover our luggage from Florence Airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous accommodation.

over the top wonderful!

wow! we were thrilled with this place! We were delayed checking in and the owner was so kind about it. Everything was perfect. Upon arrival even though there are tremendous challenges driving in Assisi! We were grateful for a parking place! We were in town for our son’s friends wedding, and it was a great location! Everything you could possibly want was in that apartment. SO beautiful and historic! When we ran out of coffee pods (needing to refuel after late night wedding festivities) the owner came within a few minutes to replenish! to be clear, plenty were provided we just went overboard!

Very comfortable, gateway stay to all of Assisi

Loved the location. At the top of Assisi, the apartment was spotless, had every modern convenience, very tastily decorated , 2 large bedrooms, ensuite and separate bathroom, lounge/kitchen. The host was amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful.

To make this apartment a 6 star would be toilet roll dispensers/holders, hooks on bathroom doors and flyscreens on windows. Apart from these preferences it was a really lovely place to stay.

Loved everything. There is no AC but the apartment was cool due to the stone walled building. It would be nice to supply floor fans for each bedroom room for air circulation. That was the only thing missing.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in Assisi

I loved that it is an ancient building that has been carefully renovated. Very convenient to the places we wanted to visit in Assisi. Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms makes it comfortable. Kitchen had desired plates, cutlery, pots etc and the host supplied a lovely fruit flan.

This apartment is absolutely amazing. It appears to be recently renovated and was clean, spacious and in an ideal location. It's a short walk to the bus stop and just across from an amazing restaurant. Check in was smooth and easy. We were even presented with a full size jam tart. If you were planning a stay in Assisi this would definitely be your first choice.

Simply the best.

The apartment is simply beautiful. It is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. It is in a lovely location, close to Piazza Matteotti for the bus and with easy walking access to the main areas of town. There are many lovely restaurants nearby, but we enjoyed cooking meals too, and eating in the lovely kitchen/living room. Our thoughtful hosts were happy to meet us at the bus stop to help us find our way. Altogether a perfect stay.

We loved Assisi and loved this apartment!

This is a very attractive and well equipped apartment. We loved the stone walls and ceilings. Two bathrooms (along with the two bedrooms) is a big plus. The location is very convenient, and it was quiet at night, even on a weekend.

The only negative thing I can think of to say is it doesn’t have a view.

It was a stunning apartment, accessible to the many special places in Assisi, close to restaurants and shops

The character of the property was in keeping with Assisi, so charming and impeccably renovated. The stone walls and artwork embedded were stunning. It is accessible as it’s ground floor. It was great to have two bedrooms & two bathrooms - not big but functional.

There were some repairs being done on water system in the street which impacted access - out of the owners/hosts control.

Superb

Wonderful location in a very ancient part of Assisi, quite apart from the usual touristic pathways so it’s very quiet. At the same time, just a 5 minutes walk to San Rufino Cathedral and 15 minutes to San Francis Basilica. The apartment is fully equipped, you just need to step in with your luggages! Simply amazing!
