The house is placed inside the old town Assisi, close to Porta Perlici entrance of the old city.
The house is in the upper part of the middle age town, and its sight goes over the Rocca Maggiore and the beautiful umbrian country. The house is few meters away from the most beautiful, ancient and sacred places of Assisi like S.Rufino, S. Chiara, S. Francesco, S. Damiano e l'Eremo delle Carceri. It is the ideal place to find serenity and quite place to have a rest, but also an ideal base to discover the most beautiful places of the wider Umbria like Perugia, Gubbio, Lago Trasimeno, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Foligno, Trevi, Spoleto, Orvieto e la Cascata delle Marmore. Assisi is also 1 hour and half by car away of south Tuscany Montepulciano, Siena and Arezzo. The house has one queen-size bed, one sofa bed and a small child bed on request; the house is composed by one living room with a small kitchen in the first floor, a bed room, a small terrace and a small bath (with shower) on the upper floor. It is avalable a dishwasher and a washing machine. You will fill in the middle age.
