Historic Apartment on High

The location is inside the village via narrow winding roads. We had to txt and go looking for address on foot . The landlady met us outside promptly to confirm and assist with managing the car into the tight garage. The outside veranda had great roof top views of city . Bedroom and lounge / kitchen were spacious.

Laundry was down 4 flights of stairs in garage so we did not do washing here. Some confusion over where to leave keys . A drop box is needed!

Great apartment in a lovely location

The apartment is very spacious, large and comfortable and in a very good location. Very nice and large terrace, with plenty of seating, even a BBQ available for use. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The host greeted us on arrival and showed us around, she was lovely. Everything was great! We used the parking in the garage which was very handy and we had no issues getting in or out, just to be mindful of the narrow streets and spaces.

Location was great with a beautiful balcony.

A neighbor is a smoker and hallway stinks of cigarette. Smell also permeates into the apartment, which is truly unfortunate. Blinds need to be repaired so you can open and close.

An unforgettable experience in the best possible way.

Our host was great, she met us at the bus stop so we did not have to worry about finding our apartment. We did not have a car but I would say that if you are planning on parking there it is very tight, your car would have to be tiny. The place was amazing, the location, the view, the size, the layout, it was beyond our expectations. To sit on the outdoor terrace and watch the sun setting with the bells ringing and a good Tuscan wine in hand, was magical. I will never forget it. Our host recommended some great places to eat, which were reasonably priced and wonderful food, but book them, the secret is out!

A perfect Umbria discovery home even for winter travelers

Eccellent location, panorama from the whole apartman, garage, fireplace with wood provision, peaceful an quiet, good bed. Not a brand new supermodern thing, but cozy, natural, relaxed home.

Be careful with car size, our Octavia is probably the biggest possibly fit.

The apartment is beautiful, in an amazing location and the terrace is so special. This apartment is perfect and the host is amazingly kind and helpful. I recommend this place whole heartedly. My sister and I are looking forward to staying here again!

La Mansarda, Assisi.

Beautiful views, loved the terrace. Lovely living space, private parking, comfortable bed, close to town and restaurants, host is very attentive and engaging personality, very helpful with questions about the unit and great recommendations for restaurants etc.

Quite tricky to find however after a quick phone call Laura came to meet us and guide us to the parking garage below the apartment. Some of the overhead lights did not work in the kitchen. It would be nice to have a microwave oven for quick dinners if staying for a few days or more.

Veramente buono questo soggiorno

Il panorama e la luce della casa. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. I dettagli, la natura il posto centrale ma appartato ,abbastanza da non sembrarlo. Buoni i dettagli dell' appartamento ,le piccole cose che è sempre bene che ci siano. Buona l' accoglienza e buono l' arrivederci;consigliatissimo!

Sehr netter Aufenthalt

Es ist ein gemütliches, angenehmes Plätzchen mit einer traumhaften Aussicht und einem wirklich wunderbar bequemen Bett! Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit

Die Küche ist schon recht veraltet, aber man kann trotzdem alles gut nutzen. Das Wasser aus der Dusche braucht leider ziemlich lang bis es warm wird und leider hat es auch kaum Wasserdruck.

Consigliato come base per visitare la splendida Umbria.

Alloggio spazioso in ottima posizione e dotato di garage. Bella la terrazza che ti offre un bel panorama sulla città. Buoni consigli su cosa prenotare e vedere in zona, da parte della gentile proprietaria.

Sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia di alcune parti della cucina: la cappa aspirante, il tostapane ecc...

È stato un bel ritorno ad Assisi dopo tanti anni

L'appartamento è bello, ha una terrazza fantastica con vista sulla rocca, da vivere soprattutto nelle stagioni più calde. C'è il parcheggio (garage coperto) ma attenzione alle dimensioni dell' auto perché il vicolo è stretto e sono difficili le manovre. C"è comunque il parcheggio a pagamento a due minuti dalla casa. La proprietaria gentilissima.
