Huge comfortable apartment in a great location with fantastic hosts -- a "Must Stay" for Assisi.

HUGE apartment right in the old city. Very comfortable and amazing value to the size, quality and location of the unit. We highly recommend it. The host left many cookies, pastries and coffee for us for breakfast, and even gave us fruit when departing.

Nothing. The apartment far exceeded our expectations and we strongly recommend anyone visiting Assist who wants a great experience to stay there.

Absolutely stunning apartment with everything you could possibly wish for and more. Fabio and his uncle where so friendly and helpful I can highly recommend this accommodation , you will not be disappointed

There was nothing to dislike. Only caution is that there are a lot of steps up to the apartment so not suitable for anyone with disabilities, that said neither is Assisi.

Amazing place to stay, wish we’d stayed longer.

Amazing property with great bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location to walk around in Assisi, with a groceries store next door. Kitchen is great, breakfast very good too. Our host was lovely.

Sandro and Fabio were exceptional hosts. It was the best stocked apartment I have been in. Casa Vacanze Gaia is a gem and if I could I would give it an 11!

Amazing historical village, views and restaurants

Everything was even better than expected Everything in the apartment was clean , amenities were all there and lots not expected. Highly recommend this perfect location and very generous and helpful hosts

There seriously is nothing to improve ! If you have problems with stairs this is not the place or city for you .

Owner asked us to message him 30 mins before arriving in Assisi and he met us with the keys and explained everything about the flat.

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro. Appartamento ampio, ristrutturato e arredato con eleganza, con tutti gli accessori e le comodità per un soggiorno confortevole. Con piacere abbiamo scelto di fare colazione, pranzare e cenare a casa. Ottima accoglienza e attento supporto da parte dei titolari.

Rilassante

Posizione eccellente, pieno centro ad un passo da tutte le maggiori attrazioni. Per girare Assisi non è necessario usare l'auto. Appartamento grande, spazioso, pulito. Proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile anche perchè ha il negozio sotto l'appartamento quindi contattabile in qualsiasi momento.

Due cose: mancanza di ascensore, che essendo al terzo piano si sente. Essendo in centro storico già dalle 4,30 di mattina si sentono i camion che ritirano la spazzatura.

Świetny apartament w centrum Asyżu!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum Asyżu. Najbliższy parking Mojano, z kartą którą otrzymaliśmy od gospodarza apartamentu koszt dobowego parkowania wynosił 12 euro. Mieszkanie przestronne z 2 sypialniami i dużym salonem połączonym z kuchnią, z dwoma łazienkami (prysznic w jednej łazience). Taras znajdujący się na dachu. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty, zadbany. Dobra klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel i ręczniki (dostępne były dodatkowe ręczniki i pościel). W kuchni były dostępne wszystkie urządzenia, duża ilość naczyń. Gospodarze przygotowali artykuły śniadaniowe (płatki, mleko, rogaliki, ciasteczka, dżemy, kawa w saszetkach itp.). Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Fabio przekazał nam klucze, oprowadził po mieszkaniu i udzielił cennych rad dotyczących zwiedzania Asyżu. Z przyjemnością ponownie odwiedzimy to miejsce.

Appartamento nel cuore di Assisi ben collegato e con tutti i comfort. Non potevamo trovare di meglio. Staff disponibile e accoglienza ottima . Consigliato per le famiglie che vogliono trascorrere giorni di svago senza perdere però il Comfort di essere a casa.

Wspaniały trzydniowy pobyt w Asyżu

Apartament po kapitalnym remoncie, czysty, bardzo gustownie umeblowany, do dyspozycji dwie łazienki, funkcjonalny aneks kuchenny wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty i naczynia kuchenne, bardzo przyzwoity ekspres do kawy zaopatrzony w dostateczną ilość kawy, ogrzewanie podłogowe. W sypialniach wygodne łóżka, funkcjonalne szafy. Latem do dyspozycji taras na dachu. Po przyjeździe czekał na nas pan, który wręczył nam klucze do apartamentu i udzielił wszelkich potrzebnych informacji, w tym miejscu chciałem mu bardzo podziękować

Un rifugio ad Assisi

La posizione è perfetta per girare la città. Utilissima la convenzione con il parcheggio poco distante dalla casa (raggiungibile con scale mobili). Stanze confortevoli, cucina funzionale e tavolo spazioso. Molto molto utili i due bagni (anche se solo uno aveva la doccia). Bellissimo trovare biscotti, brioches e marmellate a disposizione, soprattutto se si ha una bimba di un anno!

Ci sono più di 50 scalini per arrivare in casa, ma Assisi ti allena già dal primo giorno con le sue salite e le sue scale. Pulizia della cucina e degli strumenti (cestini, macchina da caffè, forno elettrico, forno, bollitore) non proprio impeccabile ma le altre stanze erano perfette.
