Struttura accogliente, in posizione strategica (vicina ai parcheggi mojano e Matteotti, letteralmente a 2 passi da santa Chiara) e comodissima! Attrezzata con tutto il necessario! Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo!

Propriétaire très serviable et sympathique, petit studio spacieux, fort bien équipé, dans une rue calme (rare à Assise!), air conditionné excellent. Un petit patio jouxtant la chambre donne du charme additionnel

Qualcosa da migliorare come eliminare l’odore di muffa. Il gestore non è flessibile sull’orario del check-in. Bagno piccolino. Sommando tutto, cisto un po’ alto per il servizio offerto, considerando che la colazione non è inclusa.
