The home has a nice central location in the city with groceries, food and libations near by. Not to say that all the sights are within short walking distance.

Immaculately clean great Location, very helpful and welcoming host 10/10!!

It was a very easy check-in. Location is perfect close to cafes bars, restaurants, churches and points of interest. The apartment was immaculately clean with many little extras available to use. Our host had brochures, information and Assisi welcome cards available. Our host was extremely helpful kind and willing to assist with suggestions on places to eat and things to see. The apartment was very spacious well decorated and very homey field to the place. Overall our experience at the accommodation was very memorable and if we were to visit we would like to stay here again. We parked at. [P] Parcheggio Porta Mojano parking area to get our bags to our room using the escalators - but moved our car to the parking area near Saint Francesco (Parcheggio Saba Giovanni Paolo II) so we could take our bags downhill to make departure easier. Assisi is stunning!! It has stairs & hills so we suggest you pack light!!!

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Assisi. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and located right in the old town center—perfect for exploring the beautiful streets, historic sites, and local restaurants on foot. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy, from check-in to helpful tips about the area. It felt comfortable and welcoming, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Assisi!

We loved everything about the apartment and were very grateful that Valeria had thought to provide so many little extras, particularly the generous supply of store cupboard ingredients (oil, herbs, spices etc,) that made cooking for ourselves so much more pleasant. Thank you so much.

The accommodation is amazing. Very equipped and comfortable.

The owner of the property asked us at the moment of check-in to pay more of the city tax than what was detailed in the reservation. She insisted on it creating a very uncomfortable situation.

Spacious, airy, well-appointed apartment with the attentive, accommodating and responsive host right in the centre of the centro storico, couple of minutes walk from all the major sights.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to all the main attractions and just down the road from the main square. The apartment was spacious and Valeria was a very helpful host. It was nice to be able to make your own meals if you wished. We loved our stay here!

Perfect location for a fantastic price

The location was amazing, I had a little trouble figuring out how to get in first but that could have just been me! The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious and perfect for what I needed. Any question I had was answered quickly and helpfully. I was grateful to be able to leave my luggage for a few hours after check out.

As I was only there for a short time this didn’t bother me but there isn’t that much light available. I get the impression lots of places in Assisi are like that. I would have liked to be able to control the heating myself but it wasn’t a problem because as soon as I messaged it was switched on. I’m sure it’s hard to decide when to have it on when the temperature is so interchangeable.

Very friendly and flexible owner. Very good and clean appartment located in the center of the town.

The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to get in and out during our stay since there was a lock with a code on the door. It is a very convinient appartment for friends or family traveling together since there are two separate bedrooms. It´s located in the center of the town, so the sights are within walkingdistance. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the Mojano parking. The owner is very nice and quickly responded to our messages.

The bedrooms are facing the street and there were some noise during the night. There is a café right outside the appartment so there was some noise during the day but it closes rather early so there is no noise from the café in the evening.

In this apartment you are so in the beat of Assisi! Life just bursts in the windows. Others have told about excellent audio and wifi - I agree as do with the exceptional kitchen and bathroom amneties. We loved the outdoor terrace too.

We liked the confort, the big and clean spaces, the location and the variety and quality of the fortitures. We loved finding some tea, coffee and food in the kitchen when we first arrived. The host also gave us very good advice on restaurants.

Una casa che rispecchia la bellezza di Assisi

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa meravigliosa per 4 notti ed è stato un'esperienza molto bella! Sembra di vivere in un museo d'arte: pieno di colori, quadri, piccoli origami, i ricami, degna del suo nome. La casa è bellissima e molto accogliente, sembra di vivere nella propria casa perché hai tutto quello che ti serve. Poi l'host, Valeria, è molto disponibile ed era sempre presente quando avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Si vede che ci tiene tantissimo ai propri ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire ben voluti. Grazie Vale! La posizione poi della casa è perfetta: è vicina a tutti i punti importanti di Assisi. Si trova nel centro storico di Assisi molto vicino alla Piazza del Comune e vicina alla basilica di San Francesco. Sicuramente, quando torneremo ad Assisi, non penseremo due volte a voler soggiornare qui.

Sinta-se como se estivesse em sua casa

Ótima localização bem próximo das igrejas de São Francisco, Santa Clara e de onde está exposto o corpo de São Carlo Acutis. Valeria e Francesca ( proprietárias) são pessoas muito simpáticas e que tratam os hospedes com muito carinho e compreensão. Excelente limpeza e mobília bem funcional. Recomendo o apartamento sem medo de errar.

Supervriendelijke en gastvrije host. Ze verhuurt ook auto's, had ik dat maar eerder geweten. Het appartement is een comfortabele en sfeervolle plek middenin het stadje, perfecte uitvalsbasis.

Η τοποθεσία του διαμέρισματος είναι κεντρική και εξυπηρετικότατη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν καταπληκτικοί: ευγενικοί και φιλικότατοι. Επίσης, η απάντηση στα μηνύματά μας ήταν ξεκάθαρη, άμεση και ακριβής. Η παραμονή μας ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας - ήταν σα να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, όλο το σπίτι είναι καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο και γεμάτο καλλιτεχνικές ''πινελιές''. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και τα κρεβάτια άνετα. Ακόμη και το σαλονι έχει καναπέ που γίνεται άνετο κρεβάτι. Ακόμη και η δυνατότητα να επιλέγουμε αν θα εισερχόμαστε με κωδικό ή με το κλειδί μας εξυπηρέτησε πολύ. Ήδη συζητάμε την κράτησή του για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μας σε αυτή την πανέμορφη πόλη.

Το wi-fi λειτουργούσε καλύτερα σε κάποια σημεία του διαμερίσματος, μα αυτό ήταν θέμα του παρόχου κι όχι των ιδιοκτητών. Το ίδιο θέμα συναντήσαμε και σε άλλα κτίρια της πόλης.

un piacevolissimo ritorno

Location molto carina, host gentilissima e disponibile. Non manca nulla e la posizione è fantastica con il parcheggio Moiano a 10 minuti. Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo appartamento... E sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Assisi e l'Umbria sono una meta da non perdere.
