Lovely comfortable and clean accommodation, excellent location. Well equipped kitchen where everything functioned! A luxury to have a washing machine AND a dryer (important in a rainy town). The best thing about anywhere in Assisi is of course Assisi itself, but the accommodation rose to the level of the surroundings. Peaceful street.
The wifi didn't work, which was not a major problem except that we were led to believe it would work, and the reason given for it not working didn't make sense (the modem is hard wired and not dependent on a telephone signal, while the weakness of the signal was given as the reason for the non-functioning modem). Also while the apartment is entirely on the ground floor as advertised, it is not wheelchair accessible as the only access to the front door is via steps. So more clarity in the documentation and communication prior to our stay about these matters would have been appreciated.
