The host was extremely accommodating and kind, always making sure everything was comfortable during my stay. The room was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The entire place is very tidy, the Wi-Fi works well, and the location is excellent—close to everything and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend staying here

Very frustrating. This is my third time in Assis, and I’ve never been in a place so bad.

The localization is good however as the flat is below street level, we couldn’t open the window that all dusty from the cars come in to the flat

It is under the level of the street, smell and many molds on the walls, the bathroom is terrible, it was dirty, there wasn’t enough cutlery (very old by the way). The floor was very cold without rugs enough to be comfortable. The smell was terrible, mainly when arriving in the evening after all day outside.

Great location

In a quiet street full of flowers, very nice apartments, ours was on the top floor with great views combining traditional atmosphere and modern comfort. Ideal location and the nearby restaurant and bar La Rocca is great. Owner is responsive and attentive.

Dos apartamentos en un mismo anuncio. Cuidado no te toque el del sotano

La ubicacion

Atentos porque las fotos son de dos apartamentos. Uno más grande y otro que es un zulo arreglado. Bajo nivel de la calle con lo que la ventana está a ras de acera. Y es muy pequeño. Si son dos apartamentos lo tenían que explicar para elegir el que uno quiera, me sentí muy engañado.

PIENAMENTE RISPONDENTE ALLA DESCRIZIONE. SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLISSIMO E AL CENTRO DI ASSISI

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia con la nostra cagnolina a Capodanno nell'appartamento "Furio". Il B&B è centralissimo, a due passi dal parcheggio di piazza Matteotti e a 10 metri c'è un bar tabacchi. L'appartamento è delizioso, molto funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort: Smart TV in soggiorno e TV in camera da letto, forno a microonde, macchina Nespresso con capsule, sapone piatti, Scottex, ferro e asse da stiro, phon, bagnoschiuma e sapone in bagno, manca solo uno specchio figura intera. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale.

Anche se di qualche gradino al disotto del livello stradale, con temperatura esterna molto bassa, una stufa a pellet lo ha riscaldato benissimo... zona molto tranquilla...

Praticamente tutto!!! Dalla struttura molto molto bella,la posizione vicina alle basiliche ( quella di san Francesco a soli 10 minuti a piedi)

accesible, cómodo, económico y limpio aunque húmedo

La señora muy amable y nos abrió antes del horario de llegada porque eramos peregrinas, la ubicación es perfecta,

sí que es cierto que el lugar es muy húmedo, aunque tenga lavadora, no se te seca la ropa con tanta humedad y coje olor a húmedo, está casi enclavado en la roca y aprovechado el mínimo espado,
