The best place to stay in Assisi

The communication with the host was excellent. He is very friendly and answers all our questions very quick. He also called the taxi since I was not able to communicate. I also like the comfort and cleaneliness of the house. The kitchen has all we needed. The heating and warm water was 5-stars for the winter. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very close to the Central Piazza and very good Restaurants as well as shops and a small supermarket.

For my mother of 90 the stairs to go to the apartment were too difficult.

The location was perfect, in the center of Assisi but not noisy or too busy. The apartment was huge, with a nice place to have breakfast and dinner. . It was really nice to stay.

A peaceful retreat in peaceful Assisi

The apartment is in a fantastic location, midway between the center of town and the basilica of San Francesco. It was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked for cooking. The views from the windows are stunning and the patio area is a nice, quiet retreat. Riccardo was kind and helpful and he was very communicative before arrival. He provided, not only the address and lockbox but also included photos of each key and its associated door... this helpful information made it extremely easy to manage our arrival without stress. I thought it was a very nice touch. I highly recommend staying with Riccardo.

L’appartamento è situato nel centro di Assisi ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal parcheggio gratuito che ci ha indicato Riccardo, il proprietario. L’appartamento è dotato di una caldaia per il riscaldamento e l’acqua calda, è pulito spazioso e silenzioso, molto bella la vista dalla camera matrimoniale i letti sono molto comodi e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour ! Merci !

L'appartement était spacieux, confortable, très propre. Nous avions une belle vue. Nous étions en plein centre de Assise. Il y avait le matériel de base pour cuisiner et se faire du café. J'ai apprécié qu'il y ait un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle. L'hôte répondait aux messages très rapidement.

Il manquait de torchons. Un fer à repasser aurait été bienvenue mais l'hôtelier m'a expliqué qu'il n'y en avait plus depuis qu'un locataire avait oublié de l'éteindre. J'aurais bien aimé avoir un saladier plus petit. Mais c'est du détail. J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans cet appartement dans cette magnifique et paisible petite ville d'Assise. MERCI !

Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, w doskonałej lokalizacji. Czysto, w kuchni wszystko co potrzebne. Idealne miejsce do zwiedzania Asyżu i okolicy. Blisko do kościołów, blisko do restauracji. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Często pisze, pyta czy wszystko w porządku, szybko odpisuje.

Wieczorem, przy otwartych oknach słychać głosy dochodzące z innych mieszkań w okolicy i z innych mieszkań w tym budynku. Część okien wychodzi na ulicę co też zakłóca spokój. Trudno mi o tym pisać ponieważ nie jest to wada tylko raczej cecha obiektu położonego w zwartej zabudowie starego miasta. Ale nie jest to duży problem.

La struttura ci ha colpito subito per l’estrema pulizia. I letti sono molto comodi; inoltre, la notte abbiamo dormito bene per l’assenza di polvere sulle coperte e lenzuola. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Che dire… ci è sembrato di stare a casa nostra! Consigliatissimo!
