Awesome value for money

Uncomplicated self check in. Great communication via whatsapp. Awesome amenities and free coffee, tea, shower supplies. Directly in the centre.

The freezer compartment in the fridge was missing the door and therefore there was ice all over the fridge, which should be fixed. The moka pot apparently has been used by previous guests on some plastic surface while hot and therefore had plastic stuck on it and was no longer usable and should be replaced/cleaned. There was also some water leaking from the pipes in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Towels were very old. Did not use. Got our own. Some PowerPoint’s did not work. Poorly set up. Property had old mismatched furniture with throw blankets over it. They wanted cash with email to be sent later!!!

The Cleanliness was exceptional. Right in the Heart of Assisi, it was a wonderful stay. Very quiet and peaceful.

If you have big luggages with you, you might need to inquire in advance how to get there as the public transport stops alittle distant from the centre.

Lovely small apartment in the heart of Assisi. A perfect place for us to stay after completing our Via Di Francesco Walk, and enjoying Assisi.

Great host, spotless and convenient to sights!

Host was absolutely amazing, very helpful and gave the location pin before arriving for easy finding. Property was spotless and quaint, perfect for my short stay. Close to everything in Assisi and just brilliant.

Only slight issue was the WiFi was very inconsistent but I wasn't in my room much so it wasn't much of a problem.

This location was perfect for my visit to Assisi. It was an easy walk from the last bus stop (for the city bus from the train station) and close to everything in the town. The apartment was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this space!

it would really help ahead of time to know exactly where the property is. I went out of the way to the address listed on the description and that was not it. i eventually got a message about where to go and how to enter. communication was through Booking.com but it would have been more helpful to communicate directly between the owner and the guest. it seems the policy with some booking agents that you don’t let people know details until the last minute. keep in mind that in a foreign country the guest is not likely to have local phone service so using email is best as Wi-Fi is usually available during travel

Excellent.

We were self catering and facilities were very good. The apartment was very clean and modern within a very ancient setting. The back wall is part of the old Roman remains. The apartment felt special and very peaceful. 100 metres from the lovely main square of Assisi and the temple of Minerva. Excellent value for money and a chance to stay in a special place.

La struttura è centrale. Sono arrivato e ho trovato un ambiente soffuso e molto pulito. La casa era grande, prese vicino al letto, diverse tipologie di cuscini, bagno molto grande. L'aspetto è assolutamente grazioso e la proprietaria gentilissima e VELOCISSIMA a rispondere. Non potevo aspettarmi di meglio.

Que tenia todo lo necesario, el baño limpio y reserva de ropa de cama en el armario

Que cuando llegue a la direccion me dijeron que era otro departamento a unas calles mas arriba, me demore un poco en ubicarlo, asumi que me darian el que separe en las fotos

Asis es un lugar espectacular, el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades necesarias por tanto genial, únicamente si ha movilidad reducida preguntar por uno de sus alojamientos que sea mas acorde ya que se accede por escalera y el pueblo en sí es duro de caminar

Gostei bastante do espaço, lá tem tudo: ferro de passar roupa, secador cabelo, um fogão elétrico, utensílios cozinha completos, uma pequena mesa, banheiro completo! Check-in e chekout pelo WhatsApp. Segundo vez que vou pra Assis é uma cidade pequena bem pequena mas, as ruas são iguais rsrs Pra achar o hotel fiquei perdida porque a localização que está aqui no booking coloca em outra local e a pessoa me enviou e ficou fácil. Pra ajudar fica atrás da via São Rufino, ficar de frente pra igreja você irá ver uma rua subindo a direita e a casa estará atrás dessa rua que sobe (lembra uma rampa). Quando cheguei ainda não estava limpo daí a pessoa me orientou como pegar a chave e deixar as malas e logo após fizeram a limpeza e liberaram antes.

Posizione centralissima al piccolo borgo di Assisi, vicino a tutto, host disponibile e cortese, molto gentile. Appartamento arredato di tutto, e dico tutto, pulitissimo!! Peccato fosse solo una notte di transito ma terremo sicuramente in considerazione, qualora dovessimo tornare!
